1. Mosquitos are a big issue all over. Give bug spray and everyone will be fine. That's what we did. 2. Very little wind. 3. We did it at 5pm start I think that is the latest to do it. Our cocktail was 6-7 and reception 7-11 which is a mandatory stop at 11. 4. We used what they had. The lighting was more then enough. Our photographer took great photos with the lighting. 5. We did all our events outside. 6. Because my MIL fell we used to e Gazebo it was nice. Didn't miss a thing. 7. It's hot. It's Mexico. I went in to the air to cool down. Guests dressed accordingly so it was not a problem. They had fun so they didn't care. 8. No dance floor needed

When he sends the photos of the sky bar setup we had I'll post asap. We rented tables and chairs so it may vary. The place is beautiful so anything will look great. We used DJ Mannia house DJ they were perfect. Saw them again last night another bride was using them. We had 52 guests.

I used destination weddings so they did all that with our room block and confirmed dates. She had several that we gave her. It really takes about a week for them to answer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you all. Love and Lace was good price.. but delivery was CRAZY. I emailed my coordinator both places maybe she can figure something out. If not I will not do sparklers.

I have all the flower information and pricing. I had to have them resend it to me. I picked corsages and 1 table centerpiece. Not using anything else and only using those because it was free. But here is all the info. As well as I received my confirmation from one spa for my hair and make up. They will meet you the day before the wedding to go over everything. I am not doing a trial. On the first page I posted a file that has all the fees and info about the in house vendors as well. Here is the document with the pricing. Also I thought I had the flower document posted somewhere but I can not find it in my files nor on the site. Can someone post it. I need to choose my centerpiece that comes in the package. Going to get that since its free. I am hoping they will give me one corsage I need, since I am not taking anything else. If not my real touch flower vendor will make me one. Using my own. Got them from Ikea on sale lanterns. Putting a candle sand and some shells. Then I got small tea lights to put on the table with shells and starfish. I purchased burlap table runners as well to put down. I ordered the wood tables Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
