@@mrsgordoncomeondown You can find bows bow ties at dessy.com and they might have fedoras. Nordstrom always has cute youth clothing so they might have the suspenders and the fedora outfit. I'm going the khaki pants, white shirt and suspenders as well. Haven't looked into it to much except the bow tie. I'm starting to look more so I'll let you know if I see anything in my search. Another suggestion is etsy.com

@@Ydolem I am actually using the free reservation you mentioned for my bridal luncheon for 40, but hoping to see if I can have it at the tapas restaurant. My WC said I would have to check with the hotel when arrived but I'm going to check when I go down there in March for the BdR. Thanks for the suggestion of the Zocalo @@Ydolem and @@rebepax.

@@rebepax that's great to hear they really worked with[emoji2] Very encouraging. I have all my locations for wedding events set except the rehearsal dinner. My Fiancés patents want everyone there so I need to figure a spot that could upwards to 80ppke. Can Zocalo hold that many? Other spot I'm thinking is beach building #3. Any suggestions.

I am just came across this thing called hashtag wall to that can streamed at your wedding which I am considering using this is the website http://www.weddinghashtagwall.com/ I have been playing with different hashtags to use at our wedding but I just thought about if our guest would be able to use their internet on the phone since its in Mexico and they could be charged for using Internet. Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Has anybody used the hashtag down in Mexico and were guests able to upload down there. Let me know your thoughts. Carrie

@@rebepax. How far in advance can you have the meeting or can you have more than one? I am having a welcome party on Wednesday and have s few things set up for that. Also I know my future mother in law has a few things that might need a set up. Are these things I should ask when I am down there for the BdR?

@@Janjin congrats on getting the room block and the save the dates. It's so exciting to see guest make their reservations, makes it more real[emoji2] I have all my ideas written down to test out down at the March BdR as well and making all my decisions when I gt back. I am using Samuel luna for photography and DJ all music. @@BecomingaRiggio who did you order from for the silk center pieces. I ordered some samples from bloom bridal. I'm thinking of using them for the aisle since lomas charges $110 for the aisle.

Hi all, I want to charter a trip down to Tulum from Azul and wanted to get everyone's feedback on this. I saw that someone did this in the past on this site for $25 per person but my TA got the same thing for $50. I feel like it is slightly expensive so the more feedback the better since we already committed to paying for whoever wants to go down there. If anybody did this in the past it would be great if you could give me advice on how to get the price down[emoji2]

I have been looking forward to dining at the Le Cirque when Sam and I go down to the BdR in March. So I was concerned when I saw that @@rebepax group was charged $125/person. So I called down to the Azul today and talked to the concierge and this is what I found out: If you use the website http://lechiquerestaurant.com/ to make reservations you can only make reservations for the tasting menu which is $110 for hotel guest and $150 for non hotel guest. The 8-9 course that @@kmk2016 mentioned for $25, a reservation must be made with the concierge upon arrival and cannot be made before you arrive. The concierge did recommend to make the reservation 48 hours in advance due to non hotel guest dinging in the restaurant as well. I am not sure why @@rebepax group was charged $125 maybe they did that since it was a large group and since the restaurant servers are use to only 4 tops the manager felt inclined to place an extremely high up charge. I don't know but I will be looking into this more as I know some of my guest will want to eat at Le Cirque on the trip. Hopefully this helps clear up any questions or concerns. -Carrie

@@Janjin not November but I am an October. My advice is to go to the BDR ASAP if you have not visited it before. I'm not going till march:( Since you already have your date and it's close to thanksgiving, make sure to let your guests know about the date do they can start booking flights with flyer miles. That time of the year can be expensive to fly. So getting your room block is suggested to put in the top of your list:)
