I concur katy is the best. As for traveling from the states we just need passports. You need to know your ss# when applying for one and might need to bring it in if you apply in person. If out of the states in not sure. Some girls on here with afternoon weddings had gaps in their ceremony to reception. If you want to have dinner maybe have it start at 5 or 6 to let people cool off and have drinks while you all take pics. Most photographers will tell you he best time is an hour before sunset so hey might request to take pics btwn4-5. Sensatori does not expect you to have the ceremony and reception consecutively. Also for chair sashes I used www.tableclothsfactory.com. Another gal used this company and the organza sashes are $0.49 a sash. Great deal since you have to buy sashes for ceremony and reception @@amyzig2 the guest fees if a guest wants to hangout all day the day of the wedding is $72/adult and $32-$36/child. It's free when they come just an hour before any private event.

Cocktail hours you must provide your music. You can rent speakers for $250 and provide your own music or there different live music options to choose from. Go to www.weddingsbylomas.com/planning for the music options. I'm doing a mariachi band at our welcome party. I think someone has done one of the guitarist. Many choices. As for the pool during the day I'm not sure if there is music, but it's not a necessity. If someone really wants to listen to music there are always phones, especially since wifi is free now. Most pole will take care of themselves for that.

@@Janjin www.tableclothfactory.com has fabric bolts of white organza and you just need two. I think it comes to $40. I got the white embroidered fabric. To all, I am having great difficulties getting my guest that have told me that they are def coming to book their room. Unfortunately most of these people that have not booked are from my wedding party. Very sad fact and upsetting. Most have told me that they want to make sure they have all the money in their account. Another excuse is they are waiting for their friends to decide if they have enough money to go. Im pretty sure if you do not have enough money saved up at this point most likely money is just not going to appear out of now where. Sam and I were invited to a wedding in Panama March 2016 and we already started saving and booked our placed. Im not quite sure where these pples heads are at. I have told them over and over again all they need is $100 deposit then pay off everything August 15th when the whole amount is due. Every time I tell them I get the same response "oh I didn't know that, that's great I will do that." Then no reservation made. I have told all these people that have not made the reservation that once August 15th comes around our room block expires and there might be a chance they not even get a room. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to "light a fire under these people's asses" to get booking?! @@ACJCWed I am sure your wedding block is about to expire to since your wedding is just 2 days after mine. Are you having any problems getting your guest to book their rooms? I am flabbergasted at this point at peoples lack of planning and thinking especially when traveling to one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. -Carrie

Email is [email protected] She is great!!! Also she puts the decor in a luggage so it looks like you brought it yourself. So no vendor fee As for the Mexican candy Katy and her hubby live by 5th street playa deal Carmen and there are vendors there that have Mexican candy. May I ask what you are using he Mexican candy for?

@aliyedeinramirez the zocalo restaurant is really nice and you wouldn't need much decor since the walls are so heavily decorated. I took a tour of the location of my bdr and loved it but there is just a $1000 up charge to use it since they have to shut down the restaurant when there is an event. Plus you have AC so if it's raining or too hot you don't have to worry. The decor is yellow with Browns, so much prettier tho.
