Sand Ceremony - Need Logistical Help

We got engaged on a beach in Connecticut, and will be married on a beach in Bermuda. We went to the beach in Connecticut and scooped up some sand, and we recently took a trip to Bermuda to check out venues and we took some sand from their too. We didn't want to use the sand you buy at a store, it seems more special to have taken it from sentimental places. -

I haven't tried one like that on, hadn't thought about it. I will try! My fiance is 6'4, so that makes me feel even shorter! Will make for some great pictures -
GREAT idea! I had planned on getting them personalized necklaces with their names on them. The camera is such a good idea though! I feel that since it is a destionaion wedding, I should spend more on bridal party gifts than a traditional wedding.

Thanks, I will look for the thread! I'm soo torn, I feel like, this will be my only wedding, it would be nice to see his face when I walk down the isle. But on the other hand, I would love pics by the ships grand staircase. After the reception would probably be best, but I'm pretty sure we will both look terrible then!

I am getting married in Bermuda, and we are going there by cruise ship. The wedding is on the island, but I really wanted to get professional shots of us on the ship. My venue is a 45min ride from where the ship is docked, so it would be hard to go there after the ceremony and before the reception. Should we see eachother before the ceremony to take pics on the ship? Or skip the ship pics? Has anyone else broken tradition?

Tumbler / Koozie Sayings

I really want to give gifts that my guests will use after the wedding, so we decided to not personalize mugs or koozies. Since our wedding is very small, we are getting Bubba mugs, and adding a ribbon around it with a lable that says "to have and to hold..and to keep your drink cold". This way, we can use the cute phrase, but its only on a tag and not the mug itself.
