I currently weigh 145lbs (this may not seem like that much but I am only 5 foot tall!) In high school I always weighed around 115-120 (I am 23 now). My highest was back in January, I was 175lbs. I actually do low carb diets to lose weight (some people say this is unhealthy, but I am a nurse if low carb diets are done correctly, they are not bad for you!). I hope to lose 30 more pounds before my wedding which is in 7 months. I do not work out, at all (unless running around at work counts). I would like to get back down to 115 to make me feel better about myself, and look the best possible I can in my wedding dress!
