    @@bkprettygirl, mine will be on the expensive side as I asked for several upgrades. But i think it'll be well worth it. I just don't have the bandwidth to make them how I want them so that's why I'm going to attempt to DIY everything else.

    Yeah I don't know why I thought they'd have bottles or glasses. I totally wasn't thinking!! With all that free flowing alcohol it's not good to have glass around. There would be broken glass everywhere. LOL

    Thank you so much @@calgarybride2015! I didn't realize the cups were small. I was assuming they'd give us bottle but I completely forgot about mixed drinks or non-alcoholic drinks. I was going to get koozies but I might get these now.

    @@linaco80 yes! It's in the far northwestern region close to Nicaragua. I only know of 1 other resort that's relatively close. Everything else is waaaaayyyyyy further south. It's opening Nov 1st. So I have time to let them work out the kinks (hopefully) before my date.

    I decided against doing this. Mostly because it will be in the high 90s when when go and I didn't want anything to melt or get damaged or taken by customs. Plus we're staying at an all inclusive that is probably really far from the nearest grocery store so it doesn't make since to get anything while we are on site. So what I did was purchase treats that are really popular in the area and send them out as thank you for booking gifts. I think they'll be excited and it will help them recognize the same items when they get there.

    @@calgarybride2015 I've been having a tough time understanding how/when guests will use the tumbler. Do most people just take them to the bar and ask the bartender to pour the drink in the cup? Or do they just pour it in themselves. Hope this isn't an ignorant question. I like them, I'm just confused as to how my guests will use them. I like the sticker by the way. I agree with omitting monogram or names so the guest will use them again.

    Thanks @@linaco80. When I researched the other resorts I don't believe they were that high. But since mine is in a secluded area they very well could make it sky high. I'll probably let my TA negotiate some of that for me.

    @@palmtree99 I'm 4'11" so you're taller than me if that makes you feel better! I completely understand where you're coming from. I never wear long dresses either. But I got a Pronovias dress. I think most of their dresses can be order to custom lengths. I didn't have any luck with any of the other designers I tried on. I was basically told they would chop the bottom off and with all the material left over, I could have had another dress made. It's a struggle being short!

    Sorry, I have no advice. But I was definitely considering one (mostly because I'm short) as I was having a hard to finding gowns that didn't swallow me up and force me to do a ton of alterations. It will likely be an "average" of 93 when when I'm getting married. I ended up finding a nice, long chiffon dress that I love and I think I'll be completely comfortable in.

    I think I have just about all of my songs figured out except for this one! LOL I really don't want to do a traditional slow/love song. But we'll see.

    ^^ We locked in our rates but every week I notice there is a price drop on Tuesday and Wednesday for other flights we were looking into for our guest. We are monitoring the rates with Hipmunk.
