  3. Um yes. Bought a couple of rash guards to prevent them before the sweetheart neckline. that and topless is ok on Isla in case a i need a "touch up" haha
  4. Michael's has their Labor Day sale this weekend with a 50% off 1 item coupon and Jo-Ann's has a 60% off regular priced fabric but that one may only be good until tomorrow
  5. Ditto what everyone else said. It comes down to what you want. Mine would have been 25k for one day with 100 people at home and will be 13k including te wedding planner and an open-bar catamaran snorkel plus sunset sail for 25 people. We've done the AIs and decided to go off the resort track. The time with our family and friends exploring was more important to us. Good luck!
  6. I'm using Quetzlal Photo and she has been so great to work with up to this point. I know she also shoots for one of the larger Cancun agencies but has gone out on her own. Good luck! http://quetzalphoto.com/
  7. I put price ranges, gave the TA contact info and listed that TA would match THAT DAY'S rates. We had the tA send out a flier with info as well. Now I don't have to field questions, I jsut say, "Hmm, can't remember, you'll have to check the website" haha
  8. so great to see a groom on here. Welcome and congrats!
  9. Dark chocolate with chocolate ganache, not that we love chocolate or anything
  10. Welcome and happy planning!
  11. barefoot sandals, they're so pretty! and hen maybe flats or wedges for the reception. Whatever I i can dance in
  12. We weren't planning on having anyone up there at all but my FFIL told our niece and nephew they were in the wedding so now I have a flower girl and FI has a best man who idolizes him lol
  13. We are paying for the catamaran and that includes open bar and parasailing but no food. My planner found us a company that would do it for under $800/ 3-4hrs. We are only asking our guests to pay the $10/pp park fee. We listed this on our website under weekend activities and stated they could bring whatever snacks or have the hotel pack a lunch. Everyone is so excited!
  14. What's that saying? Keep calm and... Lol. Enjoy these days (easy for me to say now- November will be a different story) and remember how jealous at least this one bride to be is that you'll be on a beach celebrating in 3 weeks!
  15. Congrats! The riviera maya is our favorite destination
  16. @@NJbride I loved reading all you've done, it's really such beautiful hard work! And I'm planning to steal shamelessly lol. PM when you're ready to sell stuff, we have almost the exact same style.
  17. My Epson is awesome, We got it for FI's home business and knowing we were going to print a bunch of stuff for wedding and after. It's built to print high quality pictures and does really well.
  18. @BetsyBee280 Wow, I can't even imagine e everything you guys must be feeling right now. But, I"m glad you're hanging in there! I think second the suggestions for cenotes and the photos in Tulum also look amazing! the beach is gorgeous and there are some secluded areas where you two can feel more intimate I'm sure. Good luck and enjoy your time together
