Good Morning, I just got back from my wedding at NOW. I really wanted a welcome party, but the cost was crazy! I made a cute little invite for their welcome bag and asked everyone to please join us before we tie the knot for cocktail hour Friday January 23rd at 6:00pm in the lobby bar. We took over a area and gave a server $25 to take care of us, it worked out perfect. Some people went to other restaurants a group of 30 went to the buffet and they sat us all together.

I was able to get in contact with her! Thank you hola!! I just got my budget sheet with 2014 pricing if anyone in interested in seeing it. Also I will get to NOW on Wednesday if anyone would like pictures or need me to look at something let me know.

Has anyone used or using Floreria Riviera for their flowers? Had contact with? I reached out to them in November, made arrangements, and paid for my flowers (a lot of money). I now cannot get in contact with Alina. I have reached out twice now and no luck. The facebook page is no longer available as well as twitter. My wedding is ten days away. FREAKING OUT!

Holy cow your wedding day is almost here! When do you leave? Few questions for you. Even though we booked our wedding with the 2014 pricing we get charged with 2015 pricing? I booked a outside florist well before I heard that we could no longer meet at the gate. I cannot get my money back from my florist. I am not happy this was never communicated to me, everything I read was we could meet at the gate. I feel their communication is terrible with us. I would have heard we could no longer if it was not for this site. Did you cancel your florist or did you never have a outside vendor?

Congrats on the engagement! I have the spa prices I can email you. I cannot answer your other question, ask your wedding planner once it is assigned. I am sure it is an option if you do no have that many guest. Let me know what other questions you have I am getting very close to my date and have asked 100 questions and was very overwhelmed at first.

Napkins I got from amazon check on there! $1 a napkin. Plain white comes in your wedding package. Extra $4 charge for color napkins. You can bring your own chair sashes they charge $1 to tie them. The expense really gave me a lot of anxiety I just decided I would bring a lot saving me a significant amount of money. If anyone is flying southwest they get two free bags checked so I am passing luggage to family. You mentioned your guest list is larger then anticipated, how many do you have attending?

I did all my research on the DJ and went with DJ Movil over DJ Mannia about $200 cheaper. A cost savings of about $400 even with the outside vendor fee of $300. I am using outside florist I never heard from Ramon in regards to not being able to meet at the gate so I am going to do it. I will go off the resort if I have to, the flowers from the resort are EXPENSIVE! I do have a lot of centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets though. I can let you know how the exchange goes between my florist and us next month.

Mine is on tequila terrace! I also hired Disco Movil, I will give a review and let you know how there are when I get back. My theme, is just really elegant and classy. I am using shades of coral and navy, bringing gold into the decor. 35 guest under 10k you can do that! I have about 60 guest and that is where it gets really expensive for every guest for the 25 included in the package. I will send you the budget sheet I have, what is your email? What are you doing for flowers?

I am getting married in January i do not have my budget sheet yet, but do have a past brides. I am trying to stay within 10k also and getting very tricky! You have to remember tax+ service taxes because I did not have those in my personal budget sheet. Example if you get the divine package for $3299 the tax alone is $527.84! Do you have a DJ? Flowers? Decor? I am bringing a photographer it was cheaper to fly her for 3 nights then any photographer down there was, might want to look into that option.

Few questions some of you might be able to answer before I email Ramon 1. Decorations for the canopy are they cost extra? What does the bamboo canopy look like? 2. Music for the ceremony, what is easier ipod or cd? 3. Colored napkins do they cost extra? 4. Chair bows, 5$ a chair do you pay for them twice once for the ceremony and once for the reception? 5. If I am not using the photographer can I use this money towards something else? Someone was looking for a thank you note template. This is mine and I am more than willing to share.
