Hello We have booked our symbolic ceremony for the Ocean Maya Royale in early September of this year. I feel like getting ahold of ANYONE there is so difficult. And I can totally over think things, but I had some questions for the coordinator and after two emails (both within the past month) I have yet to hear anything. We have paid the deposit and booked the date. Should I be concerned?
