Ok so my wedding may 2015 is booked at now jade but it looks like they are now offering a special for a free room every so many booked...I am livid. When I originally booked I thought we would qualify but when I read further it was only good til April....well their website says "book now until I think it said October and you get the same offer"...I have checked the site every 3 days and it's my first time noticing it. How can I get them to honor me? I honestly thought I qualified originally and was crushed bc I didn't realize til I was booked and std went out. It would likely save me 4000 which is not budgeted for and I am scrimping by to try and make it up. Any advice? What should my first step be? Should I call the travel agent or hotel? I only put 100 down on hotel so I am assuming I could cancel and rebook but I already have 10 guests booked with a total of 41 nights booked so I would prefer to be able to take that into account...they even went they my travel agent bc I thought I'd get the perk originally. Dog is working tonight and I want to have a plan when I break the news to him. I had invites ready to be sent tomm am but now I am worried bc I want to get this straightened out before anyone else books. Thanks girls! Auto correct turned df into dog...lmao

Ugh we didn't block rooms and this is a fear of mine although we aren't until may 6 and I put RSVP jan1 so hopefully I won't run into a problem. I need to ask my TA about a room block bc I don't even know how it works

When we went to a destination wedding they got him a lego sticker book n he loved it...kept him busy for hours (he was 8)...I'd get something like that amazon sells them

I am doing boarding pass with 3 attached and cannot figure out what to exclude on the 3rd part...first will be the invite...second will have info on accommodations....third I have no idea. I want to send RSVP separate sheet with envelope bc I think it's weird to have people ripping it off the back and I'm not skilled enough to perforate it lol....what else should I include?? I am doing the divine package but confused about the meals for reception...how many options do we get for our guests? I thought it was 2 but their wedding guide confuses me lol. I emailed pilar but expect it will be days until a response

Their website has a link for all the costs...it adds up quite a bit if your having a lot of guests but we decided to suck it up...initially we didn't think we'd have a big turnout but apparently people love a destination wedding lol

Protein shakes help me...I am resuming isagenix soon since the last time I did it before vacation I lost almost 30lb, gained energy even though I cut out all caffeine, and it cleared my skin up. I am only doing a month or so and then will switch over to a general healthy diet....but a shake in the morning def gives me an energy boost bc it's clean eating and my body responds well to it. When I just have oatmeal or fruit I feel it didn't give me the energy even though it was the same calories

Several photographers have mentioned they do expect to be fed....I could see if you are only having a 2-3 he package then they would be ok without....but I don't expect someone to photograph for 6-8 hours with nothing lol so when I thought of it this way it was less of a pain to just pay

I am currently 170-175 depending on the day....my very realistic goal is 150 since I dropped to that last yr doing isagenix for 6 weeks....my ideal goal would be 135....but I am looking to do more working out this time and would be content at 150 but toned with some muscle...I don't have time to go to the gym so I have been doing the elliptical 2-3x a week and then alternating arms, legs, and abs...hopefully I can stick with it

That's the thing on my free program nothing works but it's not microdot word...it's a free program offered for Mac...I'm trying to decide if it's worth purchasing. Hopefully I can check it out on my moms comp

I just got my vistaprint postcards...$5 for 50 (plus shipping which was like 20 for express)...I then went to michaels and bought magnetic paper 12x24 inches and cut into strips and saved myself half of what the magnet std would cost. Sure it was only 25$ but I am trying to wrap my head around the every $ counts mentality bc it will all add up!

Thanks out wedding date is already secured thru the wedding planner. My travel agent said they rebook once specials are available so we will be booking next week

We considered dreams but all the resorts had our date booked. Then we were going for hardrock but the rooms seemed small and the beach eh...so we picked now jade...rooms are 700sq ft and we will have 2 kids with us and then send them with relatives a few nights so accommodations were imp to is...beach looks nice and jacuzzi on the balcony lol. Prices were comparable. Hardrock does offer great benefits when you have more then 75 room nights...unlimited private events which can save tons if you are doing welcome dinner, rehearsal, and wedding.,..plus every so many rooms you get one night and resort credit per room
