Don't worry about your dress. She didn't do my final hem until early January! They know their deadline It's so funny how the resort wants the paperwork but does nothing with it until like a week before! Haha! I tanned a couple times but got lazy. I just used a lot of sunscreen and changed up my suits. It was January though. So between a pre tan and sunscreen I think you'll do great Can't wait for more!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

@@girlinthecity97 I could above written a lot of post myself Thankfully I pre assembled my OOT items but the ladies and I got all the other stuff ready for the WC. Use anyone you can - they also love the time to catch up with you I agree about the airport. I even did a write up about it in my review. Glad you remembered the bags. With carry on I had 11 so totally can relate. You hit the nail on the head - I feel ripped off too. Haha I remember walking with my dad trying to soak in all of the location and my decor. I haven't seen my taped ceremony yet but can't wait. You said so much more I can relate too. It's the best thing ever isn't it? I can't wait to see your pics and I'm sooo glad you had the wedding of your dreams Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Like girlinthecity said -- you can only bring so much stuff into Mexico above your personal items. You can be taxed on anything over that amount. So it's best to have receipts and proof of your wedding. Sometimes they think you may try to sell them to locals, etc. I didn't need mine - thank god - but some do I didn't bring an invite. I brought my contract and guest list. I also had emails pertaining to certain quotes I received incase they tried to change prices on me this also was a job issue for us. What % Did You Tip Vendors?

I can't recall - are you at a resort? If yes can you get your travel agent to help?!? Another bride on here did that and she got some extras thrown in for the hassle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
My girls are in the David's Bridal from Begonia if you wanted to see it in action!!! LOVED it. I brought 48 mugs. I got 40 in one large 30" (ish) suitcase. I didn't stack mine though as I had them full of goodies. I wrapped each one individually with bubble wrap. Then I wrapped 10 or so straws together in bubble wrap and packed them tightly into a rubbermaid container that went into a larger suitcase.

All my wedding people were resort employees, so I had no idea what to tip! But I tipped the WC, photographer, and waitstaff at the reception! -

They are also starting to make flats similar to these too! I got a pair - maybe from Aldo - that are so flat you may not want to wear on a road with rocks, but they have an elastic band around them that don't cut it -
Haha is that a David's bridal swatch in begonia? I may have had one of those Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don't mind my eyelashes now because I'm a nurse and well I swear scrubs - you get it. But once in awhile on a date night I wouldn't mind a change But a fee layers of regular mascara and mine appear fuller. Hahah I just like to try new things see what the hype is all about. I wore fake eyelashes on my wedding day! You could totally tell and I loved it. But thankfully they pulled off easy. I lost my eyelashes once and too scared for a due over of that lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I didn't have bruises but the edema was horrible lol. I was shocked at how many people stepped on the dress though - shocked I didn't trip!! The lazy river was the most horrifying hahah may have scratched an elbow and hit my head Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Awesome! Love them! We had the dollar store cups. I recommend packing them all safely including the straws. We had none break but used a lot of bubble wrap! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes!!! Then no joke the next day the venue called her to tell them they screwed up and double booked so she had to have a different location. Felt SOOO bad for her. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
