  1. True! See there is a positive. We are right at the line of needing to purchase from the adult section and it sucks -- kids rubber boots $12. Adults $35. Come on!! It's just a size bigger. I think we will get one more season at the kids clothing stores too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Is it? That's good to know cause I was a bit shocked I had to buy socks and stuff from the women's section. I can still get the shoes from the 'teen' section at sport chek Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. @@deecol hopefully they will change it to peso!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I'm guessing they can have the steak for the cost everyone else is paying! If they are free as kids I doubt they can have the upgrade for free. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. There is also the calendar on here that lists all the weddings Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Tequila shots will do that to you :/ hehe. Once he's moved past his disappointment it will be a fun story to share. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I love that everyone is checking in, accountability goes a long ways! @@maybeoneday -- you must have been starving!!! I eat that many calories by lunch time!!! Then to work out, you are my hero! @@JoannaBanana -- you have come a long ways and 11 lbs is totally doable and you can do it!! I am on day 10 of logging my meals and have stayed on track! I didn't weigh myself after Vegas because I knew that would be discouraging so I am not quite sure where I started at, but I know what I was before I went to Vegas. I am up a couple lbs still but have no doubt I can get that off this week/weekend! I got back to the gym as well, yay! I am really seeing it in my clothes now and my husband posted a picture of my daughter and I on FB from the weekend and I shed a tear. I was horrified at how much you can see 20 lbs on the body It's super motivation to keep plugging away and see my clothes go back to being loose/comfortable, instead of tight!!! Keep up the good work everyone.
  8. I've taken a cab to PDC once and I think I paid less than $20 us. That said there is also the collectivo buses that I think you can catch from the highway -- maybe see if there is a stop by your resort? I know this because of the FB group I'm on for my resort. 9. That's a tough one, yes she is working BUT you are paying her flight and accommodations! It's tough being put in that spot, but I am glad you have your photographer!
  10. Your dance is awesome.... you did great, I could kind of pick up where he got 'lost' but you still did fantastic. You blew ours out of the water - we swayed back and forth then I grabbed his butt to spice it up a bit LMAO! I love Latin dancing, the movement of the hips is so sexy!
  11. I love how everyone is stacking their rings. I didn't know this was a 'trend' until you ladies starting posting pics. I would love a dainty diamond band to go with my dainty twisted band, but didn't really think I could or that it would look good.... but you guys make me believe I can, so thanks Your band is gorgeous!!! just what I would want too!
  12. Awe!!!! men can be so sweet. Those are gorgeous! This is what I love about relationships -- keeping the love alive. I have always made a commitment to 'dating' even with kids and such going on. You have to really foster your relationship as a couple too!
  13. Love them! They don't need any editing so can't wait to see what he does with them . I will watch your video from my pc Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. They truly don't @@TinkerSofi My big one was when we got engaged he just went out and asked 3 guys to be his men. Which is great don't get me wrong. But then I was left to find 3 and it would have been nice to have a convo about it first lol I made have laughed reading your story. I know it wasn't laughable in the moment but that truly is a man's mindset Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Men get excited. That's all I got. If you are ok roll with it, if not just have a quick conversation with him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Welcome Most people who do a DW have a travel agent who gives you all the info to give your guests. Price, dates, booking deadlines, etc. All travel can be handled thru them if they want to book in your group. If they don't want to book in your group just ensure they have all the info. A lot of brides give out all this info within an invite or use a wedding website. Most are free and can even track your RSVPs if you want. Take a look at www.mywedding.com to get an idea. At this point though it sounds like you could use a travel agent to price out your package and possibly get you resort perks and group rates. I think you are in the states and the owners of this site are travel agents - wright travel - and they have a great review on here. Also reach out to the wedding department at your resort to get their packages and prices to ensure this resort can offer you the wedding you desire in your budget. I hope I was on track with what you needed good luck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I saw a Groupon today for wedding dress dry cleaning and preservation for $279 at Dry Cleaning by Dave. No idea if it's a reputable place, but with some research may be a good price! There was another just for the dry cleaning for $250 by Green Fine Dry Cleaning.
  22. Thanks Dee for your support! I'm proud of myself. I tracked my calories all weekends. They have always been my hardest where it's be a fee for all and really undo all the hard work I did all week! I allowed myself some extra calories but stuck to it. Yay! Also I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks. I've been a little 'lazy' so yesterday we decided to go for a hike as a family. We went and hiked around the trails in Banff for 2 hours. Was nice to do it together and still great exercise. Goals for this upcoming week 1. Get to the gym lol 2. Keep up on my calorie counting. I will assess how it's working after next weekend. I've considered trying a new program if need be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk @@Janjin Love your goals. They are good ones. I could relate to some. When the kids are gone husband and I eat out a lot. He actually suggested we have Chinese this weekend. I said if I can stick to my goals thru the weekend to the next we could have Chinese. It's nice to think of it as a reward to me. And limiting your 'I deserve' treats as you've mentioned. I think I let that get away from me and just completely took as I wished. Gotta real that back in too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Depends how fast you drink hehe. But good idea to mix your own booze back into them!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
