Great job!!! I had planned to some how hand out a sheet where people would record room numbers etc but never thought to add pictures and the like - great idea! I am also working on a pre travel brochure and luggage tags. May do the front of the luggage tags at home as I want variety but the 'name address number' one I will do on vistaprint. I had considered that for both my maracas and cups. More to not ruin the labels I'm adding but good point!! Will see what takes less space when it's time to pack No matter if we stack or pack assembled there is still a chance so whatever takes less space will probably win. I never asked to have one! Just figured we'd talk it thru one night. Maybe we can try to walk and find the location but I heard you need a golf cart to get there! It's by the disco who offers the shuttle so maybe late one night we will venture out. Staples sells them but they don't have loops. I ordered mine from amazon.com but they shipped to Canada!!! It was advantus badge holders. They hold all the business cards and gift cards I tried. For loops I got them from dollarama. They came 5 in a pack for a $1 but also had self laminating sheets I threw out. Amazon was cheaper than staples that's why I used them over staples. Not sure ill do bubble wrap yet as that will take a lot of space. If I do I will only do it for the maracas. None of mine shipped with bubble wrap so I feel better about that. $20 isn't bad. We get 6 total and there is 4 of us so any extras shouldn't cost more than $20 each which is nice. I hope no more than 6 or 7 suitcases. I personally feel it is the bride's choice to use her siblings or not. You shouldn't feel obligated to ask them if you don't want too - but for many reasons. If you have a very distant relationship with your sister and you only talk maybe 1-2x a year via text (my sister) why should you have to ask her? especially if you have a lot of friends who mean the world to you and are there for you day in and day out? I think it is really situational and one the bride gets to decide on, it shouldn't happen by default. We used to be super close. Like talk on the phone everyday (we live 12 hours apart). But she changed so much she isn't even recognizable some days anymore. It's a strain even to get her to text every few months and when I do come home I am lucky to see her for 1 hour. I did give her an option but she declined. I know how it went down could be considered drama, but I can't take that back! And for me, like I said above, it was necessary for the situation she has herself in. Thankfully she can be there because my aunt offered to pay for her, but when I was choosing a BP I didn't even have confirmation she would put the deposit down.

If I can get all 45 in my suitcase and it not look like they will all crack I may do that because..... with my upgrade to first class I only get 2 checked bags but they can be 70lbs! We are all so accustomed to 40-50lbs that it may be hard to fill it up that heavy -- so if my cups are assembled and all fit in one bag I may get it under weight and take full use of this benefit. (personally I'd rather more bags with less weight) I also have 45 maracas that take up a lot of room too! We have 3 bags for all our extras, but may need a 4th, we shall see.

HMMM I was pretty sure I tried.. or maybe I assumed because why would they have a USA and a Canadian site if you could use both - why not just have one? I've never seen a free business card offer thru the CA website!!! And I swear I get 4 emails a day from them lol

I have 45 tumblers and if I pack them with lid on (no straw) I will be lucky to get them in one suitcase. I probably can with no cushioning. Not sure their integrity to cracks? I think I will stack them inside themselves and assemble when I arrive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got clear ones at dollarama for $2 each. I had to go to 2 stores but got all 45! I know dollar tree has ones for $1.25 but they were colorful which isn't a bad thing either. Inside I plan to do hand sanitizer, mints, Tylenol, Pepto, emergen c, Tums, bandaids and maybe some wipes. They aren't that big so not even a pack of gum would fit nicely ha! I'd say these are costing me maybe $250-$275 as I couldn't find those neat sample packs the USA girls have but I couldn't stop thinking about them so just did it. I ordered the labels off etsy and sucked up the $20 shipping I told my fiancé that for the amount of times we end up at cowboys casino we can get the darn cups and fill em lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
