    Your gifts are fantastic. They'll love them I think having your legal the night before is perfect. You can finish your packing the 2nd last night and the next AM then let go of it all for your legal!!!! I didn't have much of anything to do my last full day!! I didn't get my email until about 1 month before so you have time. It was actually right at about this time last year (sob) so hang in there Glad you still got your numbers!!!!     I did this for all our families and even did one for the kids dad for Christmas. I've done the fun sizes 6x6 and 6x8 and they've all been awesome. Shipping is also super fast. Pics in my planning thread Kristy uses them too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Hahaha @ for that reason before we went we said 10 to 1 for easy math Shawn's aunt was just in Cuba and a huge jellyfish issue there too. My only caution to strapless is that it really depends the style of your strapless and the style of your dress. Just use a lot of sunscreen. You'll be fine either way.     It was tricky. I packed a lot of little stuff in to Tupperware type bins (shoe box size). Also made bringing it all to the WC office easier. Maybe a little crazy but I also got large ziplock type bags and had one for each table and put all stuff for each into the bag to help the WC out. Just pack as the stuff is ready.     I think the ladies gave you great suggestions If you have bars close, I would totally take advantage of that - I know i would have!!! Unfortunately for us our ceremony and reception location was very secluded and they would have all had to take numerous shuttle trips back to a bar... then to get them all back on time for the reception stressed me out... so we paid to have the cocktail hour. Good luck, it will all come together PS - your vow books are adorable.

    Glad you got some info! Personally I think a 2 hour cocktail hour is too long. We had an hour and by the end I think everyone was thankful it was over lol. Maybe it would depend if there was music and lots of seating for people -- do they have to stand? We had a mariachi band too but like I said people seemed restless by the end. I personally would probably take the spa voucher too!! That stuff is also super pricey. We didn't have desserts with our meal so I really wanted the cake. I didn't pay for mine though. Not only was it nice for pictures but we did eat the entire thing. It was like an evening snack. We ate dinner around 530/600 ish and cake around 815! Good luck! It will all work out great!
