We opted for the free package as all we really needed was the ceremony. So I am guessing we will be on the public beach. I'm not too worried about it tho...it still looks beautiful, plus we are not doing te reception at the hotel. So we didnt want to pay money for stuff we wouldn't be using. For the wedding ceremony, do the chairs come with the sheer fabric on them or is that an add-on? Also if it is included, can we pick a color? I it isn't included, are we able to bing our own?

Thank you! She sent me all of that but I didn't understand if everyone in those double rooms has to stay for seven nights. We have enough rooms, I jut don't know if all of my guests will stay for seven days! If you don't mind me asking...how much was it to upgrade to the private beach?

Just found this and super excited that we are all in the same boat! I visited the Grand Bahia Principe in march and loved it...super big but very clean and friendly. The grounds are beautiful too...I am leaning towards that one just because that is the only one I have actually been to and so I know a little about it. Anyone have any insight Ito other resorts? My boyfriend and I recently got engaged in Mexico and have decided to have a destination wedding! We are still throwing destinations out there but are thinking of either Riviera Maya area or the Dominican... Simple question really...where do we even start!!!???
