    @@linaco80 I actually just my tervis' off of the bealls website... Not sure if you are from the US or not, but they are based out of florida. I have 35 ppl coming and they have 4 packs of the 16oz tumblers for only $43! and also they have a promo going on that you can get 25% off and then i also got a coupon code that took another 25% off! Just thought I would give you a heads up! I got 32 tumblers and 28 lids for $276!!

    yeah, I also was curious about the cakes... I am doing the BBQ deluxe for my private reception and know it comes with a variety of desserts so I wasn't planning on getting a cake big enough for everyone as well (they are not cheap!!) So I was planning on getting the smallest one there is, but I think the heart shape is corny, is there anyway to alter the way it looks? Also do they let you taste the cakes when you get down there for your consultation with the WC or do you have to chose ahead of time?

    @@JoJoCouture I'm using beach bum vacations and my TA is Nanda and she is the absolute best!! I love her. She's seriously so nice and responds to my emails within a couple hours if not an hour!! I highly highly recommend Beach Bum vacations

    Okay have to vent! So i had my WC add the BBQ deluxe to my detail sheet for 45 ppl and the price was $1,710!! Which is the new pricing! And originally I was sent the info with the BBQ being $26 pp, so I just emailed her and copied my travel agent saying that didn't look like the right price and to clear up the confusion. There is no way I'm paying $700 more dollars for their mistake!!!

    @@murmel ah thank you for this tip! Who do I tell that I want that cocktail? Will they make a signature drink for free also or is that extra? So another question. We are doing a symbolic ceremony so about how long does the run? Our ceremony is at 5pm. I'm Just trying to figure out a timeline for cocktail hour and when to start our reception @@kmk2016 I like option #1 too!!!

    @@kmk2016 see the only options for "free" events I have is a welcome party, a makeup and hair package for me, or a photography credit. So I am going to to the welcome party but never had the option of a cocktail hour type thing. i guess i could just designate a public bar for that as well.

    so im having a hard time planning out after the ceremony, are most people doing a cocktail hour and then the reception? or is a cocktail hour kinda included in with the private reception. me and my FI arent seeing each other before the ceremony, so i definitely want to do some pictures after the ceremony. help help haha
