the flowers were calla lillies which i thought were in the booklet but i guess they are premium flowers i'm having trouble getting in contact with the spa to reserve our hair apts . my email keep coming back delivery delayed - anyone else having this problem

im not bringing much for the reception - table luminiers that serve as centerpieces and table #'s and chair bows i think that is pretty much it i hired an outside dj and does the uplighting and cold fireworks so i feel like that would be enough decor im still deciding what to do for rehearsal dinner/welcome party - they sent me some info on pricing and i cant see paying money for that when its all inclusive - think im just going to have people meet in lobby - maybe bring some chips and dip ( no clue where i would get that from though)

whats everyone having their flowers look like? I emailed Isela flowers i wanted which i thought were included in the package and they were $350 dollars more .yikes i haven't even thought about the timeline yet or entrance music... ahhhhh @Jennifer546 what time does your ceremony start? we did 4PM beach . 5PM mix bar and 6-10 bamboo room

@@Jennifer146 I'll try sending it again I don't feel very organized lol I feel like I have way to many notes on what I have to do.. my problem is slot of what to do I have to wait till final head count so I can do seating chart, get my centerpieces. And finish oot bags etc. I don't think I'm going to crazy with linens and things just going to get chair bows.. i went to a wedding in Aruba this year and can tell you I dnot even remember looking at what the table linens and centepieces were so I'm not stressing it to much.. I'm just doing luminears as table numbers and centerpieces found nice ones on etsy I'm having trouble deciding on what flowers to do ..I sent her an idea and it would of been 350$ more which I was not going to do since they would b gone in a day

@@leggi - your welcome Im liking the violinist too ♡.. i got lucky and picked my dress at the firat place I went too ..don't stress you'll know when you find the right one ! @@Jennifer146.. sent you both guitarist and violinist... seems a lot of people on here used guitarist but I really like the violinist Whichever one i choose I'll be using them for the ceremony.... think everyone during cocktail hour will be around taking pictures and drinking don't think I really need music during that time

i have the email from the guitarist with list of songs and you tube videos of him playing if anyone needs it... i'm waiting to hear back from the violinist

i'm using DJ Disco Movil - cut the cost in half even with the outside vendor fee and with the up lighting and fireworks ... the resort DJ was double what im paying..

Outside vendor fee is 350... I just hired disco movil as well and wit the vendor fee it's still cheaper then using resort dj ..cut price in half The music included In the divine can be used in ceremony or cocktail hr? So if I use guitarist for cocktail hr I will have no music during ceremony?

I already got them special welcome bags and robes for us to wear while getting ready.. was trying to think of some kind of special jewlery to get but can't seem to come up with anything

You can choose 2 entree options from either selection( divine, eternity, gluten free) and have your guests choose..they need to know beforehand what everyone's choice is

Did everyone use the salon hair and makeup stylists? We're you happy with them? Was wondering if I should pay the extra money and use an outside person

You choose between 2 and they have to know before hand who is getting what..I put the options in my invitation to be sent back with the rsvp
