    i have a question - why are we taxed on a outside dj vendor fee.. that doesnt make sense they don't tax us on the photographer fee

    just received my contract - the resort is charging me as well to move the chairs from ceremony reception which i think is pretty stupid is anyone getting extra appetizers - i have a total of 27 people.. they are charging me 30$ for 2 extra - even though its not alot of money i just dont think we need it because most of us will be taking pictures... or should i just get it?

    @rachelia160 i love that idea - i think i will let my sisters and their families get pictures taken after the ceremony using the resort photographer and whoever else would like group pictures taken. @meg32IL i wasn't planning on doing a trash the dress but your pictures are great!

    im using an outside photographer Del Sol..but how long do i get the resort photographer for and what should i use him for?

    i can't decide if i want to bring heels since i know that ill be barefoot for alot of the time and usually during receptions everyones looking to take off their shoes!

    i am having around 25-30 guests as well... i hired Dj Discomovil too with 4 uplights and 2 cold fireworks... i used weddingwire.com to arrange my floor plan which made it alot easier to plan in out.. im having 5 round tables go in a semi circle around the dance floor and one rectangular square table as the head table... another table for my "photobooth" and guest book...

    i wanst planning on brining table linens... i feel like its unnecessary ... im bringing table number lumanieries and seating lumaniers for the table.. feel like the linens woulndt matter anyway...just brining bows for the chairs.

    Are we included in the final count for dinner? i have 25 guests exactly and 5 children - so i woulndt need to order additional but if we have to include ourselves then i would. Actually now that im writing this out i forgot i have to include my 2 photographers lol
