Hello, congrats on setting your date. My fiancé and I were looking at these resorts when we started planning as well. They are beautiful. I'm not sure if all inclusive is important to you, but one thing to check with these resorts is the extra charges at the restaurants. We were seriously considering Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach until we realized that one of the three restaurants on the property charges $25 per person for each meal. This may not be a big deal for some, but with so few restaurants on the property (compared to other AIs) we didn't like this. Good luck with the rest of your planning.
