    oooh @@kellisbaby that's a pretty good idea. I haven't thought of that. Maybe facetime can be a good idea. I will try that if not I am happy now going myself. I have gone to a few stores now and it's not that bad at all.

    @@pddcmc That's so awesome our wedding dates are the same. I don't have my dress yet but I am in the process of looking for one. I have an appointment at David's Bridal on May 10th. I am hoping I find something here. If not I will have to start looking again. I think I may try to make a couple of appointments that day just in case. And I am a 2 hour drive away form Edmonton. Nothing else is close Let me know how you make out with the dress shopping. Keep me posted.

    hi kmk2016, That sounds like a good idea. I would be up for that for sure. Should be good because then we both can have a non-biased opinion. haha I have an appointment booked at David's Bridal on May 10th at 9:30 in the morning. I know it's early but I wanted to get that one done first thing. I want to make other appointments but still trying to figure out where else to go for that day. I am a 2 hour drive away from Edmonton so I kind of want to hit the road and head back home before dark. @@kmk2016

    well girls another unsuccessful trip wedding dress shopping. I enjoyed shopping but didn't find anything that really looked nice on me or that wow'd me. I have an appointment with David's Bridal on May 10th. Hopefully I will have more luck. I do believe I will find something and I am still looking early which is good.

    I have my invites in for printing. someone else is doing them for me. The lady doing my invites brought them to the printers on Monday and she said they usually take 7-10 days. I will have my invites out in May to everyone, which still gives people plenty of time. I didn't do STD's just the invites. I figure if I sent them out early enough then that would be fine.

    Hi Ladies, I just wanted to share with you my passport invitations. I didn't make them myself, instead I found a lady on kijiji that does them and I think she did an amazing job. I am just attaching the document and it's not in order or anything because this is how she is sending it to the printers. I can't wait to get them back and start sending them out. I showed a couple of my friends and they love them. I think they are too awesome not to share. Wedding invitations.pdf

    Hi Girls, Here are my invitations. I found a local girl on kijiji that did them and they turned out really well. Sorry it's not in order and the paper is all lopsided. It's because this is how she is sending them to the printers. But it gives you an idea. I love them. Wedding invitations.pdf

    haha thanks @@csho. I am heading to Edmonton tomorrow to try on some dresses to see how it goes. I will try this one on first and if it doesn't flatter, then I will move on to something else.

    thanks @@forevertogether. I just hope it will look nice on me. I am calling a couple of shops today in the Edmonton area that carries Da Vinci dresses and hopefully they will have this particular one there. I will try it on and then maybe order it online because most likely it will be cheaper that way. But I have to see what it looks like on first. I am not a dare devil to just order it and hope for the best.

    hi Feath07, I was told by the photographer that if I book him for a minimum three night stay then I would just have to pay for that because they would then be my guest. I am pretty sure if your guests are staying there and taking your pictures and staying there longer than three nights then they don't have to pay that fee. Check into it anyway because I am not 100% sure. I was considering quite a few resorts actually and not only in Punta Cana. I was originally planning on getting married in Mexico but when I was getting pricing back it just seemed too high. So then I started looking in Dominican just to have more options and this resort happened to pop up in my searches and I am glad it did. I am glad and very happy with my selection and am hoping all of my guests will be too.
