ha I can't see it being a problem. but we haven't shopping for nothing for Nathan yet. He will more than likely leave it until last minute.

wow I didn't even think about that. My fiancé is wanting to wear grey too and he figured a white shirt with it but I have an ivory dress also. Good tips girls I may have to sway here to go off white or something. What will that look like against the grey though?

Making Bouquets?
kcole123 replied to chelseapaige37's topic in Wedding Flowers, decoration, cake, etc.
Hey @@chelseapaige37 I was originally planning on making them. I had flowers bought at Michael's and am now going to return them. I can't seem to find any nice coral flowers because that's one of the colors in my wedding. Anyway I am going to purchase them on Ebay now and not bother with making them. There are some very good sellers on there that can customize them for you. I got one quote yesterday for $199 and that's for my bouquet, 4 bridesmaids, 4 groomsman bouts, grooms bout, and 2 mother corsages. Have a look do a search for Bridal bouquets and see what you find. -
Good question. I never even thought of this. I am taking silk flower bouquets to Dominican.

Hi Everyone, I purchased these today online. And I thought this would go perfect with everyone's tumblers. I won't be doing the full on OOT bag with emergency kits and everything. I am just having the bag itself, fans for ceremony, tumbler, and I figure this would be an added touch. I purchased them for $2.00 a piece on www.weddingfavours.ca It might be a little pricey but I only ended up paying $2.19 each for my tumblers so I thought it was still good for under $5.00 to get both.

Where Are You Buying Your Tumblers?
kcole123 replied to kcole123's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
@@kmk2016 I know what you mean. I had no intentions on getting these but I came across them searching for something else and I just thought they were the cutest and perfect to go into their tumblers. I wasn't planning on putting anything else in their bags just the tumblers and fans for ceremony. So this can replace all the other things they may not use if I were to put it there. I know I am trying to justify buying them now. I think everyone else will love them too. I figure I only paid $2.19 for each of my tumblers because that's what it came to once I purchased them. So buying these at $2.00 a piece then that's still under $5.00 per person. -

I think this is a cute idea for you girls buying tumblers. I think I am going to purchase personalized lemonade favors to go in the tumblers. I think it's such a cute idea. The website is www.weddingfavours.ca -

so girls I decided to buy my flowers instead of making them. I found a seller on ebay that does pretty nice looking flowers and she can do them in coral too. She said she can customize them to how I want. She priced me up and this is what she quoted: For: 1 Brides bouquet 1 maid of honor bouquet 3 bridesmaid bouquets 1 grooms bout. 1 best man bout. 3 groomsman bouts. 2 mothers corsages She said she can sell what I want for $199.00 and she said shipping would be free for a limited time. I think this is awesome and they look better than what I am sure I would make..lol oh the seller is yesss-i-do Here is a sample

yeah @halenk that's the problem I had. I am a two hour drive away from a dollar tree, so I can only check whenever I am in town. The last couple times I was there they didn't have clear ones. So rather than wait for clear ones to appear when they may never, or maybe not enough, I figured I would just order them. -
Yeah same with us. We have never been to Dominican and we decided on Punta Cana. We were thinking of Mexico at first but every resort we liked was a little bit too pricey for our guests`We didn`t want Cuba at all and we have been to Jamaica. So we decided Punta Cana would be different for both of us. Make sure to let me know once you make the decision.

@@MissJen3 Yay haven't talked to many brides who are thinking of going with Melia Caribe. The contact with the hotel has been pretty good so far. Of course like all resorts there is usually a wait time to get back to you. But I have only emailed them twice so far just with questions. And they got back to me with answers within a couple of days. So I don't find it too bad. They have set me up with a co-ordinator there to send all my papers to once I fill them out. I don't have anything sent to them yet though in terms of any wedding details just because I figured I would wait a little longer to see if anymore people will book. My wedding isn't until April 2015 so I thought I would probably wait until Dec before I sent the paperwork or early Jan. So why do you think you may chose this resort? I look at trip advisor all the time by the way, even now, after we have it booked...lol I fell in love with the pictures of that resort. It just looks so pretty.

Received my tumblers today from discountmugs. Man that was quick. They are perfect too. They are clear tumblers and the 16oz is the perfect size. Can't wait to get my stickers now to put it all together to see what it looks like. Oh and for 40 tumblers, I paid $86.00 total. Didn't have any shipping costs. Whoop

MIA Again? Do you mean she didn't respond back to you in a while or she is somewhere else now? I haven't contacted her since last week and she didn't contact me either. She is supposed to send us our flight details since me and Nathan had too book those separately but I haven't received anything yet. I should send her another reminder email. Urgh @tygrlily -

Since I announced that we are doing a destination wedding, out of our guests there are 3 that have since become pregnant. 2 of them are still hoping go and bring their newborns with them. (don't know if that will happen) and the other person decided she was going as soon as she found out. sorry wasn't going -

@@Sabes44 Yeah a lot of my friends are married too and I find once they finished with all their wedding planning they don't want to be messing around with someone else's. I don't really ever talk about my plans with them because it just seems they get bored or don't want to hear me talk about it. They go onto a different subject, like what their kids are doing that day. So that's why I come on here because it's nice to talk about it with people who are planning a wedding the same time. -

@tygrlily My FI laughs about me getting on this forum too. I joke and tell him "they are my virtual wedding friends." He knows I spend a lot of time on here...lol
