Hey Girls, I just ordered these shoes yesterday. I didn't want heels but I wanted something to give me a bit of height. I figured wedge shoes were the way to go. So here they are. Post pictures of what shoes you will be wearing?

@@acw271011 Hey nice seeing you back as well. I haven't done much lately in the way of planning. Everything is pretty much done. All I have to do now is Nathan needs to get his suit, groomsman gifts, and then make whatever plans with the resort. But that's not until after I get the confirmed guest list in January. Then I will start planning with them. Other than that I have pretty much everything sorted out with the smaller details. Oh and I need to go shoe shopping and bra shopping soon. I don't know what to do there. Bra or sticky things that work as one without the straps...haha

Thanks VegasBride121314 it will be tough but I will try. If I don't wait I will probably end up buying something else for him for a wedding gift...haha

yeah @@marinah84 I love it. I can't wait to get the print now and get it framed. I just have to hold off until closer to the wedding to give it to him. I am going to give it to him before we leave. It's going to be so hard not to show him before then..hahaha I am too excited.

Well it seems I haven't posted in a while because I haven't had much going on with purchases or anything. But now I am back at it...haha I purchased a gift for my fiancé that I thought I would share with you gals. I love it and I am thinking/hoping my fiancé will too. I have posted a picture as well of what I sent the artist to go on. And I have the art work posted too of what I bought. He has already sent me the file and he is also sending me a print. I am getting the print framed and that's my wedding gift to him. He loves our dog and wishes she could be there at the wedding but it can't happen obviously. So I thought I would put it in this. Let me know what you think.

@@kmk2016 I am not one for any sort of pain. I tend to get week and sick getting needles. But it's one of those things that I want to have done before heading down south.

I am debating this. I have 6 months until my wedding and I would like to try it a couple of times before then. I make myself sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Never had it done but heard they were very painful. I have to book an appointment soon and just suck it up and get er done.

hey @@Ady, Have you been to Melia before? Myself or my fiancé has never been there. We haven't even been to the Dominican before. So this will be interesting for sure. What plans have you made so far? Why did you chose the Melia? Just curious because I just chose it because it offered adults only section and it looked gorgeous in pictures. I am not having the reception on the resort just the symbolic ceremony. So packages weren't something I cared much about at the time. But I would like to have a cocktail hour after the ceremony before the boat arrives. (reception on La Barcaza wedding boat). Have you set a date yet? Details Details girl. There aren't too many Melia brides on here yet.

@@Ady Well I have only contacted the co-ordinators a couple of times so far. Basically to secure my date and then they sent me my wedding package information. I find it def. takes a couple days to get back to you maybe even up to a week. Who have you emailed?

oh wow @@puravida2015 I hadn't noticed that until you mentioned it. Yay going to be a good day all around. I am not sure if my resort is sold out. I can imagine it is because they were getting close 4 months ago.
