@@acw271011 Thank you!!! I'm OCD so it took me forever to get them the way I wanted them!! My husband LOVES them too!! We haven't totally decided what is going to go inside but they will contain these for sure: Tylenol Tums Immodium Sunscreen Aloe Bandaids Chapstick Lotion So far that is all we've decided on.... We are going to do a medium sized bag to fill with the contents... Most likely I am going to print the labels on cardstock and attached them to the bags... either that or buy avery printable bag toppers... They are already sticky so you just have to apply them to the bag!! http://www.amazon.com/Avery-Printable-Toppers-Bags-22801/dp/B005IMAOJM I am also having a small turn out... Around 20 or so-- I just want to give my guests some fun things in their welcome bag... WE decided to spend a bit more than we had planned on our guests welcome gifts since they are spending so much to share our special day!!! The template is completely editable! It would be very simple for you to delete our logo and add your own or add any picture or just delete completely... You can remove or edit everything on the template!!! Hope this helps!!!

@tygrrlily-- Thank you!!!! on our wedding FB page we sent out invites so people could RSVP.... We just don't want the extra expense... But once we get closer to the wedding and people are booked, we are going to wend out pre-travel folders to those people so that they will have more info on the resort and such plus we are making everyone luggage tags!!! @kmk2016-- great idea!

MORE INFO... I def found the most time consuming part was editing in photoshop, it's so hard to get your wording perfect. The cutting, taping, etc only took a day (For about 16 passports) so you can just do them little by little in your spare time, or recruit some friends! (ie page 1 was taped to the cover, page 2 taped back-to-back to page 3, 3 taped to 4, etc...) After about 6 books I realized the glue was making the pages bumpy and I switched to double sided tape. I don't care enough to redo the 1st 6 though

Ktchi Passport welcome packet Template.ppt Hello ladies!! I just wanted to re-share an amazing template that I found for a passport welcome book!! It really is amazing the information that brides share on here!! I'm so glad that I cam across this site and searched through the older posts!! I found this template from 2010 which was originally posted by Ktchi-- THANK YOU!!! and reposted by jackie_c-- thank you!! I just thought I'd re-share to make it easier to find! ENJOY!!!! 431 posts @Mention Posted 17 July 2010 - 11:16 PM Just finished my Passports, I've been putting off printing them for a long time. I did it the super budget way so the inner pages are computer paper, glued back to back and the cardstock for the covers was on sale. I'm happy with how they turned out. BIG thanks to Becks who posted a template a few years back that was a good jump off point for me. Took a lot of editing and learning some new skills on Powerpoint but I think my guests will enjoy them. I'm so sick of cutting paper for all the pages, haha! Like This Quote MultiQuote Blog This Rep

I feel your pain on the low turn out... I haven't had a lot of guests confirm they were going yet and it's started to get me down... I just had to remember that we chose a destination wedding because that's was WE wanted.. it is our dream wedding and we weren't willing to sacrifice our dream day to fit everyone else's wishes... We had originally tried, but no matter what there was someone who couldn't come or had something to say about the location.... I would try to just focus on what's really important to you and your groom to be, if it's your dream to have a destination wedding.... PLEASE do it and if people can't understand that is their problem... The people that really love you, where may not be able to afford to go, they will still be able to be happy for you!
