I didn't send invitations to anyone that told me they weren't coming or I knew for a fact they weren't coming....with the exception of a couple older people (grandmothers) that wanted it for a keepsake. I've found that people find a reason to be offended so its such a sticky thing to consider.

@@pddcmc Hey girl, I think this may be a silly question but I've always wondered why people are putting cups in their OOT bags? At the bars, will the guests ask them to pour their drinks in that cup you give them instead of the cups the hotel would normally use?

Hey guys, So, I've been reading the OOT welcome bags threads for months, I swear I have read every one! But I have a question that I couldn't find the answer to.... Does anyone have ideas for mexican themed items to put in the bags? So far I have: gum hand santizer pepto advil bug repellent wipes sunscreen welcome letter/itinerary All those are great and all but I really want something people will get excited about I was thinking maraca pens or maraca keychains that I found on oriental trading. Did any past brides go shopping in Cancun or Playa de Carmen when you got there to fill your bag with something mexican themed? I'm already having maracas for my favors so I was really trying to think of something else.

I still LOVE them 4 months later @@cruisebride2016 I had a total of 4 pages: invitation page, resort info page, wedding weekend itinery page, booking info page. The front inside cover was of the passport invitation page, and the back inside cover was a map of riviera maya I would say it took a total of 2-3 weeks start to finish @@kimmyd2 i think they do boarding pass invites as well....I believe it took them 2-3 weeks from start to finish, I know I received them within 3 weeks of my first inquiry and YES the barcode works and takes the guests straight to our website, isnt that awesome?

How are you guys planning to pay (past brides: how did you pay) for your final wedding bill? Are you getting a cashier's check or something? Or just going to get them to swipe your card? Also, since our coordinator is included in the package, are you guys tipping her a certain percentage?

Can anyone tell me a good place to buy silver charger plates? My resort is charging $6 each and I've found them on efavormart for about $2.50 but wanted to see if anyone purchased any recently? Just researched the reviews for efavormart and do not want to order from them, so if anyone has any suggestion, I would greatly appreciate!!

@@pddcmc Do you have bridesmaids, I cant remember. If so, are you sending them an email with things to know about hair, makeup, schedule, rehearsal etc ? I sent one out last summer but want to send a consolidated email to them all soon and wanted to see if you did!

@@pddcmc wow I didnt even think to try to bring out own speaker! that could definitely save us money because all we are doing is hooking our music up to their speaker anyway. have you used it before for any events or is this your first time?
