@@pddcmc Yes I have the rough draft, designing it tonight on Adobe Illustrator, but then need to shop around for print shops because the price from vistaprint was almost $200 eek. It's really because of my meet the guests portion with all their pics lol Who are you getting it printed through?

Hey girls, not sure if this has been mentioned before but you can mix and match the food on the buffet menus, you are not stuck with just one! That made me so happy because I love a little from each. Just wanted to share, because my coordinator did not volunteer this info

@@Sheaka I'm kinda nervous too lol. The resort is only doing my makeup not my hair. I have my friends as backup if they need to be. I'm taking chargers, chair sash organza, mirrors to go under the centerpieces, and just going to wrap extra good. definitely not shipping anything, just going to check them back and forth where are you getting your maps from? when you get there? and yes i've started working on the welcome letter for my guests which includes the meet the guests letter

I've decided to add a meet the guests cheat sheet to put in the welcome bags. I am having each person's name, relation to bride/groom, and city. Right now, I have made the sheet in Word but I think there may be something better. Does anyone have a template? I've searched the forums and see really old posts but wondering if anyone had anything more up to date.

@@pddcmc and anyone else.... are you putting maps of the resort in the welcome bags? if so, are you just waiting til you get to the resort and grabbing some then?

@@desmiv Thanks so much girl!!! 30 days til I do and 27 til we leave Someone just dropped out yesterday (i hope there are NO more changes ugh lol) so we have 59 guests now We have the Dreams of Love package, the Ultimate package seemed to have a lot of stuff I didn't need. We are doing the buffet, originally BBQ but I just found out another bride is getting food from each of the buffets so I'm going to try to do the same thing! My ceremony is at 5 you should definitely watch!!! I'm soo excited I could scream lol Everything is pretty set, well the big things. waiting on a few more things to get here for my welcome bags, have to get married, finalize menu, arrange transportation, finish our vows, finish ceremony script, get bikinis and cover ups, dress fitting, finalize music, finalize timeline, make welcome letter, itinerary and meet the guests cheat sheet, finish the wedding planner form, buy extra luggage, get ring cleaned.................LOL i guess I have a lot more to do but I know it will get done oh and the mister needs to get his shirt, suspenders, tie, and shoes for the wedding lol. oh and our white outfits (we are having an all white welcome reception) I see you are 14 months out, never too early to get started!!!

Just today decided to add tumblers to my welcome bags because the other items in there just weren't filling it up and i found them on dollar tree for $1! each also got stickers from DavetDesigns on Etsy. 29 days til we leave, 32 til I do
