  1. To past and future brides, which room type did (or planning to) you and your bridesmaids get ready in?
  2. @@nattiegams325 oops sorry girl i changed it to love. wow, you have been BUSY!!!!! im sure everything is going to turn out amazing !
  3. also have any past or future brides know if having a couple signature drinks is an option? and for the brides that have brought their own decorations (i.e. chair sashes, table overlays, etc), does the DRC wedding staff set that up for you if you pay the set up fee or does the set up fee only include setting up things bought directly from DRC? Trying to plan if DRC will be able to put on the chair sashes or if someone from my family will have to do it.
  4. @@FUTURE MDB beautiful pictures and congratulations!! We are scheduled to have our wedding at the jacuzzi but and had never heard of the Palm Deck as an option. gonna def ask David about that!
  5. Thanks so much girls!!! @@malyna the navigation should be showing on the side, thats so weird it was showing different for you! ive tried it on my computer using chrome and internet explorer and both seem to be working fine but thank you for the heads up doll!
  6. I've looked at so many of yall's wedding websites from this site to help me make ours and now that it's done, I wanted to share and get feedback/suggestions! marquesandebony.com password: fisher
  7. @@pddcmc I have a FAQ page on our website and this is one of the questions: Are children welcome? We've decided that our wedding weekend will be adults only.
  8. Hey girls, just put the finishing touches on our website and wanted you guys to see and give any feedback! marquesandebony.com password: fisher

  13. @@AyeWatSoon I was debating on sending RSVP cards too. Because in my eyes, you can RSVP all you want but unless you book your flight and hotel, you arent coming! Have you figured out the wording you are using for that? I was thinking "RSVP with our travel agent.." but I do not think that's the best way in case people book on their own (even though I do not want them to). Maybe "RSVP by sending your flight and/or hotel information to me by email" I have no idea!
  14. 4: my sister as MOH and my 3 best friends. Wanted to keep it small since we aren't expecting more than 60 people
  15. I haven't personally heard complaints yet (to my face at least) lol but I'm sure they are coming. My fiancé and I are doing it OUR way and the complainers can stay home. The show WILL go on either way! And the most important people in our life will not miss it:)
  16. @@prisp Thanks for the very detailed review! It's hard to know what to expect but your review filled in some of the holes. I am interested in getting the link for your rehearsal dinner and wedding day pictures, please!
  17. @@nattiegams325 email I received from David today about the price increase: "On the signed contract it is stated that the prices were subject to change for 2015." On the bright side its only a $300 increase and not more but it is still sucky :/
  18. @ Hi Tammy, when will the next seminar for Dreams Riviera Cancun be?
  19. So I just happened to check the prices on the website for wedding packages. I already booked the Dreams of Love wedding package a few months ago at the $2499 price but now I see the prices went up. I emailed David to see if they will honor the price at which I signed the agreement but he hasn't responded yet. Does anyone know the answer? 2014 Selling Price: $2,499 USD* 2015/2016 Selling Price: $2,799 USD* @@Wedding2014 what resort did you choose for your honeymoon? in the process of deciding now

  22. @@nattiegams325 wow I was just trying to figure this out! We are staying at DRC Friday - Monday and then moving to another hotel for the honeymoon for a week. I'm not staying with my fiance until our wedding night (Sunday) so Friday and Saturday I was trying to figure out how to do this. I was thinking staying with my mom Friday and Saturday and then having my mom and him switch rooms for Sunday? I dont know! Are you staying in the honeymoon suite? Trying to decide on that too! I want a room where my bridesmaids and I can get ready and all that but not sure if its necc to pay the honeymoon suite money...
