    Did anyone send out "Thank You For Booking" gifts/cards? I want to do a little something for guests after they book but I can't think of anything that won't be cheesy. Any suggestions?

    Hey! We are going with the Pergola for our ceremony, the Mix Bar for our cocktail hour and the Carnival Terrace for our reception dinner. We aren't doing a DJ or dance floor. We are just having a long table set up for our first family dinner. Soft music will be playing in the background from our portable Bose speaker. What about you? What are your locations?

    Your guests seem to be around the same ages as our guests. We are expecting less than 30 people too. Are you having a DJ? As of now we are doing a simple "First Family Dinner" with no dancing. Our parents and grandparents won't be cutting any rugs so we're thinking it would be a waste of money. As for the younger crowd, I was thinking we could go to the club onsite to hang out or use our ocean front suite as a hang out. There would be around 10 of us. Thoughts?

    I would probably do 8 people...no more than 9. I attended a wedding recently and we were packed like 10 sardines at the table. A guest at our table and the one next to us actually stood up to eat dinner because it was so tight. Just a little food for thought
