    @@Cablelove11 We are all traveling from FL. We chose Now Jade, an AMResort because we always stay in one of their "adult only" properties when we travel to the Caribbean. We consider them "family". Their packages are reasonably priced in my opinion. Starting at $2999 and includes 24 ppl. Check them out!

    Yeah those quotes are a little expensive {in my opinion} for only three nights. However considering the locations, that may be the going rate. We originally looked at Punta Cana and Jamaica but due to nigher rates, we switched to Mexico. We were quoted something similar for a resort in Punta Cana for three nights. Our guests are paying ~$850 for 4 nights and airfare {booked separately} to attend our wedding. If your heart is set on Punta Cana and Jamaica reach out to other TAs who specialize in those areas. Some have a "relationship" with different resorts which could result in lower rates.

    What did you do with your day BEFORE having your hair and makeup done in the spa/room? Did you plan a group activity? Have a beach day with girlfriends? I would like to plan something after breakfast but before 3pm since we have a young crowd going. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Great site! They're having a "flash sale" right now. I'm leaning towards tall acrylic cups since most of our guests probably wouldn't appreciate the value of a bubba keg. To them it would be "just another mug".

    I've been to a few other AMResorts and have been in a tropical view room on the second floor. I think it simply means your patio/balcony faces woods/landscape. Hope that helps...

    Does anyone have pictures of their reception on the Carnival Terrace? I would like to do one long table for "family style" dining however I'm afraid there won't be room for a little dancing. I saw one picture from a past bride but I'm hoping there are more

    I love your color changing stadium cups. I think I will return my plastic mason jars and get these. They will be easier to pack. What color is the imprint on the cup? I am leaning towards the blue and green cups however I'm unsure of an imprint color. I want them to still be able to read the words if the cup is empty.

    We're flying in from FL so the prices are low compared to what I've been reading. Guests are paying between $800-$1000 for three nights including airfare. As a "thank you" we are paying for group airport transfers since most will be on the same flight.

    Target still has the First Aid kits for .97. I picked up a few today. I think I want to personalize them in some way...maybe a monogram sticker for the back.
