Hi ladies- Is anyone doing any type of group activities? Most of my guests arrive on Thanksgiving which leaves us all day Friday. We have the rehearsal dinner that evening but would like to do something fun with everyone that day. Does anyone have any ideas? Some of the excursions are a bit time consuming. Thanks!

Oh wow, we'll hit the one month mark next week and I'm having some serious second thoughts about our locations. We have 22 people in attendance and have booked Gazeboo 55 for the ceremony and Tucanes Bar for the reception. The Health bar nor the Presidential gazebo were given to me as an option during the initial email from my coordinator. But I think these locations would better suit my group. Plus the floor of the health bar is so much more attractive than Tucanes (I know, that sounds silly). Has anyone had their ceremony at Presidential and reception at Health Bar? Reviews?

Hi everyone! I've been reading through this thread it's great to see so many November brides like me. My wedding date is 11/29/14. I feel as though I have the bulk of the planning complete but I'm sure I'm missing many details. I am having my ceremony at Gazebo 55 and reception at Tucanes. However, I love the location of the health bar so I've asked to switch. There will be 22 guests total. I am bringing reception decor, welcome bags, and my own stationary. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how I get everything down to the resort? Should I send via fedex ahead of time or pack in suitcases. I feel like I have so much...chargers, frames, 72 votive candles, etc. Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi ladies- After being taken advantage of at Valentin Imperial Maya we've decided to book the Dreams Riviera Cancun for November 29, 2014. Let's hope this is even available given that I haven't received a response yet. Any tips on getting a hold of someone there or the best WC to ask for? Thanks!
