    We did our RSVP/formal invites at the same time as our booking deadline.... And then will send out pre-travel mailers to everyone once final payments are made. The website will keep everyone up to date with information between that time.

    Contact wright travel- they own this site. They work with Americans on several different packages and can help with room blocks. Tell your niece to join here with fellow brides for the planning fun.. This forum is incredibly helpful in that regard.

    Since koozies generally fit on cans or bottles and AIs most usually use draft beer, insulated cups/bubbas are generally considered more useful at an all inclusive. You will see many people head up to a bar with their mugs and they will be filled directly into them- saving trips to the bar (usually the small plastic cups are 6oz at most), and keep your beverage (regardless of beer or piña colada) frosty cold while hanging by the pool!

    Where are you wanting to use tool at plaza Zavas? Coming out from the centre of the roof and then draping down each pillar? If so- you can get all the dimensions of the gazebo on the "official Sensatori" thread.... they rebuilt it this year but the dimensions did not change.

    If you are referring to posts about DW on the weddingbees that board is full of snark.... Don't read to much into it or worry one bit. People seem to love and complain over there- not sure why! Everyone we invited loved the idea of a DW. Sure- some declined for personal reasons, but for those that could afford/loved to travel they thought it great. Your not forcing people to attend, your simply planning your wedding and hoping some of your loved ones will be able to join you! Don't worry one moment about it!

    I would use wright travel- the owners of this site. Not sure why they would refer someone to another agency.... But they are amazing!

    If it's not in your budget- don't fret. Most of your guests will have never been to a DW and likely have no idea about 99% of the ideas we share here! They don't come expecting anything and your gesture of a bubba and maraca is super great and your guests will love it!!

    An option is a US funds card. TD canada trust has one.... And it will save money in exchange rates for sure!! Most all banks will use same formula when calculating exchange , and it's usually horrendous. A foreign funds account/card is the way to go.

    There are two very active Azul Sensatori threads (Sensatori brides and official Azul Sensatori).... There is a wealth of info in those threads... I read them from start to finish when first came to these boards and they were a God send. Welcome and looking forward to sharing with you on those threads!

    Latisse is medical grade syrum and it works amazingly! It's not cheap.... But probably the same as extensions with one or two fills.

    I have heard lattisse is an amazing solution too- and doesn't cause damage to existing lashes. I will do one or the other!

    You can do it at any of the restaurants aside from Le cirque... But it is arranged upon arrival. Same menu though. Table sizes are all on the "official Sensatori" thread in one of the first posts

    You can go into the adults only section - just not with kids. You are correct in that Premier is the only section that has a stipulation. All the rooms are nice... Even the Jacuzzi Jr which is their standard room. Some perks are only eligible with a minimum room category so make sure you are aware! They will upgrade you whenever possible when a bride, and they provide a second room for your FI the morning of the wedding to get ready so you don't have to worry about being cramped to prepare or seeing him if that's not something you wish to do.

    Haha... Yeah it's whatever works for you! We do a lot of AI vacations and FI always wears pants for dinner so he is used to it! Phew!!

    Our men are wearing long pants, suspenders and ties... FI will wear that and a vest.... Our guests will be asked to dress in resort wear. Collared shirts for men and either slacks or dress shirts... And dresses or skirts/capris for women. Our restaurants have a dress code at the resort for dinner and we are following suit for our wedding ceremony/reception.

    FYI Girls. I was just at chinook getting my ring cleaned and directly across from Tiffany is an "Oksana"! I went in quickly and talked to the owner and she said they just opened last week so all their catalogues aren't in yet.. But that it is the same store as Sunridge and they will have a ton of BM dress options. Just wanted to let you girls know they were there! I never get over to Sunridge so this was perfect!

    Hands down Wright Travel. That's who owns this site and they are AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! They have some of the best relationships out there and you can earn major perks with a lot of resorts when using them. There is no one else I would even consider if I was in the States!!
