Hi! I'm currently getting my dress fitted for our wedding at Manchebo Resort in Aruba! Our ceremony will be on the beach, so I will be barefoot. However, our reception will be under a gazebo, so I plan on wearing 4-inch heels. Has anyone else gotten married barefooot, and then wore heels for their reception? My question is, what length am I supposed to alter my dress? Am I supposed to alter it to the length of me being barefoot, or me wearing heels? I don't want the dress to be too long while I'm walking down the aisle and risk tripping! Is it weird to have my heels show if my dress is too short? HELP! Thanks! Sophie
