We are going to do the BB package so $100/table with flowers, linens, etc. I don't want to travel with extra stuff if possible and I can't justify the cost of the flowers I like for all the tables for only three hours and no one can take home like at a nondestination wedding. -
I know! That's where the $420 for the full day comes in but full day drops to the $135 if you are doing the Exquisite Package. Then they at least get full day at good rate versus just come for wedding and then escorted out!

It's only waived for one hour before ceremony and then they have to leave right after reception so only really a half day pass. I'd like guests to have flexibility of time before wedding and then way after reception since we plan to carry the party on way after the three hours!

Is anyone having guests staying at other hotels? Trying to figure out how to word the reception card going with the invite. It's $420 normally for a day pass from 10am-2am but day of wedding it's $135 (I think only if you do the signature dinner so don't quote me if you're not having the dinner!). I don't want to pick up that cost but it's awkward to collect that money before people go because it has to be prepaid. Any suggestions, ladies?

Sure! It's $60 per person and includes private cocktail hour and dinner reception. Hot and cold hot d'ouevres for the cocktail hour and plated wedding dinner (we pick food options when we get there). Just going to have them upload when home so they don't have to incur more costs. Out of all the fees, internet is one that I can't believe they charge for in 2014!!! I travel a ton for work and hotels that are $99 a night include it let alone a few hundred a night!

@Linz1131@Linz1131 How did you make out? @@tyrebride2b2013...she was actually really thorough and answered everything before I asked. We are doing the Beautiful Beginnings package with some upgrades (the arch from Seaside Serenade and confetti to line aisle and toss). We are thinking we will have around 22 guests and will do the "Exquisite Dinner" of cocktail hour and 2 hour dinner. I thought she'd try to upsell but wasn't like that at all. Just helpful.

(I'm bringing a fake bouquet so that I have something from the day and age suggested taking the BB bouquet and adding those flowers to the cake since they are part or my free package anyway. SCORE!) Thanks! I was actually about to order because the "Signature" line is 50% off until tomorrow. I saw this about twenty minutes before I was going to order so it saved me hundreds plus I can return this way. Just buying at 50% off was all risk!

I'm going with a premade one too. I didn't notice petals but I wonder if they are biodegradable? I don't think they'll let you do them if they won't waste away. But I've added that to my list of questions for Roxi!
