    I was looking there but ended up booking elsewhere. Many times you need to get the outside vendor a room so they are a "guest". It will cost you the room for three nights but think of it as an extra room to get ready in day of wedding!

    What's your date? I'm SO happy I stumbled on this website! Lots of great tips and such! I see your date now! We tried for Saturday but the sunset time was already booked. How fun we are a day apart!

    You can bring a third party vendor if they are a guest at the hotel. That means that you either book a room for three days there and use someone from the island or bring a photographer with you from the US based on their rates for doing destination weddings. (usually have to pay airfare and room but the package is "free" since you are essentially paying for them to go on vacation and they just have to work for a few hours.)

    Because I want to be able to keep something from the wedding (can't see bringing the cake top back!) I am getting my bouquet from here: http://www.littlebouquetshop.com/simply_calla_white_bouquet_139.html They are amazingly lifelike and it will allow me to have something that I used on my Big Day at our US reception and forever!

    Did you ask for the nightly events or is that on a website somewhere? I'd love to incorporate that in my welcome packages!

    As of right now we are going to do the private dinner but I think if you have a very small group it could work well at a restaurant.

    Stunningly beautiful! Perhaps no necklace and just earrings. For a veil maybe a birdcage as to not take away from the dress?
