    Anyone have suggestions on where to go for wedding jewelry? I am having a difficult time finding something that doesn't look cheap but is also not too expensive, impossible?

    @pongyang if I don't get the 20 rooms than no, it just seems like a waste of money to pay for food at an all inclusive resort. We are thinking of doing the wedding at 5 or 5:30, giving the guests an hour or hour and a half to go where they want for dinner, then having the cocktail hour. This way the guests can go where they like, it gives us time for photos after, and then we can dance/drink/snack after. We are probably going to pay for an additional hour for the cocktail reception then whomever wants to join us for additional festivities can do so at one of the bars. This is just our tentative plan haha

    I don't have a definite number of guests yet so no set price at this time, the less people that come the better the presents lol I love the tumbler and bag ideas but also like the ideas of a hotel key holder with lanyard, koozies, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Decisions decisions... Where is everyone finding their bags/totes?

    @pongyang I completely understand lol Once it hit 6 I was so relieved now I am just wanting to know the final number so I can come up with a game plan. I keep seeing mixed responses about trouble getting table reservations for groups over 20.

    I got the Ultimate Wedding Organizer as well out of sheer excitement lol Now in realize I don't really need it. It's just not really geared for destination wedding, I do find it useful to keep everything in one binder.

    From reading prior logs it looks like IPOD docks are in all of the rooms anyway, are we able to just use these I wonder? I wonder what kind they are.

    Sunset is when we are getting married lol What a small world! Have you had your convo with Roxy yet? Mine is set for February. Any idea on how many rooms you will have? We have 7 booked right now so I am trying to decide what the heck to do for the reception, everything is extra!
