Most of the plated menus are similar to the buffet menus except there is only one salad or appetizer, soup, entree and dessert option. you also have the option to create your own menu. There are also options that have an additional charge of $40 to $110 per person (Lobster, Filet Mignon, Shrimp). There is an additional charge to have a plated menu which i can't remember exactly how much it was. (i want to say $25 per person) I think it's a little ridiculous that they try to tack on all these additional charges at an all inclusive resort. @@KatyM81 & @@shelikespink
