  3. @@shan0487 thanks for all the info you have posted on BDW! btw how many people did you have at your rehearsal? Curious because that is where my coordinator wants us to have our reception but i have 60 people and counting already booked to come and im nervous that space will be too small.

  5. Thanks! If it were only a week that i'd have to wait for an answer i would be more than fine with. Unfortunately, she takes forever to get back to me and most of the time doesn't even answer my question. I have spoken to her on the phone and it is very aggravating. Mind you i am fluent in spanish so it is not a language thing. It feels like she just does not care. I'm going to have to call the wedding department and see what can be done. I totally feel your pain! Mine is Margarita. Who is yours? Have they told you who your onsite coordinator will be?
  6. So, I am having a mini bride melt down. Our wedding is less than 90 days away and i feel like my offsite coordinator has not been helpful at all. I am starting to regret having booked my wedding at Moon Palace. I'm scared of what is going to happen on my wedding day if it takes a month for their off site coordinator to answer an email with a very simple question.

  8. Most of the plated menus are similar to the buffet menus except there is only one salad or appetizer, soup, entree and dessert option. you also have the option to create your own menu. There are also options that have an additional charge of $40 to $110 per person (Lobster, Filet Mignon, Shrimp). There is an additional charge to have a plated menu which i can't remember exactly how much it was. (i want to say $25 per person) I think it's a little ridiculous that they try to tack on all these additional charges at an all inclusive resort. @@KatyM81 & @@shelikespink
  9. Hello everyone! Was curious if anyone knows if you are able to rent individual items from the resort's package reception tables (like tablecloth from the metallic sands package and the tumblers from another package).

  12. Does anyone have a list of preferred/approved vendors? The "WC" is giving me the run around.I would really appreciate it! I am getting so aggravated with the resort and my TA. People in the hospitality and travel industry sure are great at playing stupid.

  14. Thank you Britt! Your review and pictures are very helpful! You looked beautiful on your wedding day and i'm glad you were happy with it! We have just decided to have our wedding at Moon Palace at the end of August 2014 and i'm super excited and nervous !
