  1. Fitbit.com - it's a brand of wearable activity trackers that track things like steps, floors climbed, distance, heart rate, sleep, etc, depending on the model. I loooove mine! I just upgraded to the charge hr, which tracks so much more than my flex. I love the heart rate tracking for my workouts and floors/sleep tracking! I don't know my map username, I have it saved on my phone app. I think it's marinaherbert84 tho...lol
  2. I'm on it, have been on and off for years. I've found the only way I lose weight is by food tracking and running. Neither which I enjoy lol. My Crossfit gym is doing a Paleo challenge for the 3 weeks before the wedding, and while I'm gone, and I figure it's a good way to motivate myself to eat more healthy. It's unprocessed foods, focusing on protein/veggies/fruits/good carbs. Not doing the whole30. It's basically how I try to eat now, just no caffeine/sugar. Mfp is great for keeping you accountable. I'd suggest not eating back calories, and overestimate when you can't exactly measure. And it's only good if you track everything, no cheating lol. I'd be up for a group if you wanted to start it!
  3. Gorgeous! Love the bright colors and it looks like perfect bright weather! Can't wait to see more!
  4. My resort (Crown Club Paradise Cancun) offers a basic package for free if you have 10 rooms booked for 3 nights year. It's pretty much the ceremony setup (including speaker/microphone) & the minister. They have resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallerta. One thing that I have really appreciated with this resort is that they seem to be very upfront - they have package pricing straight on their website, they have very reasonable vendor fees (photographer is either 150 or 200, I cannot remember and makeup artists/etc are no fee), and the wedding coordinator Evelyn has been VERY responsive and seems to bend over backwards to help. She's the only one who sets up/does the weddings, so I've been impressed with her responsiveness. The prices for things seem pretty reasonable, especially when I read what some of the other brides are paying for things...yikes! http://www.hotelcrownparadisecancun.com/weddings/have-the-wedding-of-your-dreams.htm You won't probably qualify for free with 15 guests, unless they are all single haha, but the packages are very reasonable (under $1000 for the two basic, and the luxury is $1600 and includes things like champagne, massages, bridal hair styling & bride/groom bouquet/boutonniere). They seem to have reduced them to 3 options since I booked (there were 5-6 options), but I've got 32 guests coming and am only at 18 rooms! I still have 2-3 rooms hanging out with people who still aren't "sure", but at least I made the min for the basic package Feel free to message me with any questions, if you consider the resort! My only suggestion is don't have your wedding during Spring Break here - I picked it for the reasonable prices with adults only and a GREAT kids club...but yes. March 14th is the HEIGHT of spring break. And while it's still reasonable...it's closer to the top of the range for the week than I anticipated lol (I saw it in September for 7 days/6 nights for 900 a person!)
  5. @@Wafflesmom. We're going with him too! Love getting new photos on my newsfeed, especially the trash the dress session!
  6. I would definitely recommend finding one now. They tend to book up weekends pretty quickly. There's an article I posted recently with the top 20 - check out their portfolios and start asking for quotes and if they are available your date. Also use the search function on this forum to read similar threads, there are lots of good suggestions!
  7. @@JJCB0418 Thank you! Not really, she liked them both haha. Maybe I can sew some velcro into the top, and then we can have both options day of the wedding?
  8. I worked on my daughter's dress last night, and am trying to get opinions on which style I should do. She told me it was too "heavy" when I had the flowers around her chest, so I'm assuming that means it is a little tight? So I moved it down further on her torso, and now the flowers are more of a waist accent. I plan on changing the top part to one of the colors (probably a pink, but maybe white instead). Right now I just used an old skirt haha. You can't really see the leggings underneath, which is good. I don't want her to get upset about being scratched, so they are pretty long (but thin). What do you think on the two dress styles? Sleeveless Cap Sleeves I like the sleeveless with the chunkier necklace style (for a 3 year old), but would put a more delicate necklace on her with the sleeves, as I think that necklace is too much. I got her a silver starfish with blue stones for one of her gifts, so she would wear that. I like it both ways - I need others opinions on which to choose! And of course, she's a princess, so she got a tiara. In fact, I told her about it and all she did was twirl and ask for her "crown" lol. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts/opinions!
