  1. @DianneP Can you give us the link again for the $4, better quality bag? Thank you!!
  2. I like the bag. I LOVE that you get free shipping on orders over $50! The bags I'm looking don't have that, and the shipping estimate is like $20, which seems really ridiculous. Ugh. Have you ordered them yet? How is the quality?
  3. To go in the bag, what about some cute flip flops, or slippers. Or a cute eye mask. You know for true relaxation...
  4. I just emailed you what I'm using. Keep on posting, it's WORTH IT to reach 150 posts and gain access to all the templates!!
  5. That is a such a unique and personalized favor idea, so cute. I too, sadly don't know if it's 100% allowed, but I don't see why not. I think if they are dried spices, you shouldn't have any trouble. It's not like you're bringing fresh product into the country. Come back and post your finished product! I'd love to see it.
  6. @tygrrlily Don't worry girl, you'll get there. It is WORTH IT to spend the time getting to 150 posts. My wedding planning really took off once I could download and edit all the templates. Keep on pluggin' away.
  7. @@jazzysis (or anyone really, who can help me!)... please, please tell me more about your petal fan programs! Specifically, how did you get the size for the larger, teal colored petals? I checked Aylee Bits templates, but I cannot figure out how to get the petals slightly larger. (I keep messing up the dimensions of the petals when I try to increase the size, and it looks jacked up.) Please help! I really want to do this!
  8. These look great. Mine is sooo similar! I love "borrowing" wording from past brides. It's SO helpful.
  9. Everything looks so great! I really, really love your reception / dance dress. It's gorgeous!
  10. Your wedding and all your decor was beautiful! I love the cardboard boxes with bridesmaid bouquets as centerpieces. So affordable and still really pretty.
  11. I LOVE all your stuff! Your wedding is going to rock. The bikini bottoms are adorable.
  12. We did not send out formal invites. They were just unnecessary and I didn't want to pay for them. I sent a postcard STD 1 year in advance. About a month later I sent an email "invitation" with resort details and the form to book their rooms and RSVP. (And my Travel Agent followed up with another email after mine) I don't regret the decision at all, although I do hope my guests aren't like "where the hell is my formal invite?!?!" What sucks is my SST says "formal invite to follow" because I bought them and mailed them before I decided against actual formal invites. Ooops.
  13. I'd book as early as you can. It took a long time to confirm our wedding date with the resort. Plus, the more notice you can give your guests, the better!
  14. I'm another MediFast-er. Lost 50 lbs last year in six months (April - Oct), but gained 15 back from Nov - Feb. I'm back on track now, and hoping to drop another 35 before next January. I've already lost 9 of the 15 I gained. Although, I'm not sure if I'd recommend the to most people. It's super low calorie (800-1,000) and you can't eat ANYTHING fun. But, IT WORKS.
  15. My hair and makeup is included in the wedding package. But no trial though, so I hope they are good! I've read good reviews on Trip Advisor though. Fingers are crossed!
  16. I'm going with the resort hair and make up. Fingers are crossed it will look okay. I think I am going to hit up sephora ahead of time and get a few things JUST IN CASE. I bought wedding-ish flip flops. They are Guess... white with a bow and rhinestones. Here's the link: http://www1.macys.com/shop/product/guess-tutu-sandals?ID=602089&CategoryID=13247&LinkType=PDPZ1
  17. I agree with everyone else... the DIY section of the forums is awesome. IT IS SO WORTH getting to 150 posts to open up the templates. My life changed after I could finally, finally open up people's templates! hehe.
  18. So, I am not reinventing the wheel here or anything, but I am SO proud of how these turned out and I had to post my pictures. I'm not that crafty so me DIY'ing anything is AMAZING. I used a lot of supplies from work (badges, badge inserts) so the cost was minimal. I bought the wrist coil / whistle key chains from Oriental Trading Co, plus the flashlights from there too. Trip Advisor had complaints that the resort gets dark in the evening, and the path lights get turned off, so viability can stink. I thought the flashlights would be more useful than the whistle (also I was having nightmares about my drunk guests blowing whistles at all hours of the day / night and being annoying as heck.) Here's the finished product: Also attaching the template that is all over BDW.Room Key Tip Card v2.docx
  19. @jamielt OMG, I LOVE your decorated Bubba's! Those are AWESOME. I wish I had the time/energy/money to do this! I think I'm just going to buy them and slap a tag on them.
