I stayed at Moon Palace last December and it was beautiful, the ballroom wedding was gorgeous and they had a cocktail hr out by the pool, AMAZING. The food and entertainment on the resort was awesome!!

Hi everyone, My wedding is in May and I am looking to purchase 50 coral chair sashes. I am also looking to buy any decor that I may be able to use for decorating my tables and chairs. I.e items in my colors to hang from the chair sashes, linens, tablecloths, table runners, table number holders, lights, candles, etc... PM or comment below what you may have for sale. Thanks!

I was going to ask someone that ariana2015, I was told my Yanna that we could send in our ideas of what we wanted and she would get the florist to give us a quote. She sent me some pictures of some of the centerpieces that they do put there was not any pricing, so I am unsure. I just sent her an email yesterday about that, so if I hear anything I will let you know.

Hey ladies if your interested I have a woman who did my passports and she has templates she sells for 25.00 and some of the she has pre populated for the resorts. her name is Vanessa, I believe her site is listed on google. If you type in Vanessa DIY passport templates, she does an awesome job!

@@flyingchild Thanks so much for the info! Yanna got back with me finally and answered all my questions. Now I am tentatively booked for the ballroom with the SS Grille as the alternate. I am sending out my invites in 2 weeks. I didn't know that you could block out rooms, when I called the dreams number they said they didn't do it. I am going to ask the lady that I have been talking with in group bookings, is that how you got a room block? I am going to use HDC as my photographer as well. I wanted to use DJ Mannia but based on his prices they are the same as the resort DJ and I would have to pay the vendor fee for him along with the Photographer. So I am going to just stick with the resort DJ? How many people are you planning for? Did your menu switch to buffet?

@@jessicalynneh Thanks for the info! It usually takes Yanna about 3-4 weeks to respond to my emails and it is really frustrating me. I only have about 10 ppl booked in my party. The wedding block, do they block certain rooms off for you? When I spoke with group reservations they gave me a group code that I use that people book under, do I have to request rooms be blocked? I think I will go ahead and try to negotiate a price for the chairs as I do not speak Spanish and I know that will be a headache. Did you outsource to a outside photographer, I think that I am just trying to figure out who to use. Yanna hasn't really confirmed much with me except for the wedding time, she is saying that the ballroom cannot be booked in advance, which is weird to me. Did you do a rehearsal dinner there or did you just make reservations at the restaurant? I am also trying to get my invitations together and I want to do the Passport invitations? DO you know anyone who has done them and has a template? Thanks @@flyingchild It looks like you have wayyyyy more done than me at this time. I have not sent Yanna back the wedding questionnaire and I am not sure if that's why she is not timely with responding to me and confirming things. At this time I am waiting to send my invites out to get a final head count so that I can send the questionnaire in. Who are you using for your photographer? How much did you end up paying for your tiffany chairs? Did you start your invitations? Who did you use for your DJ? I was thinking of outsourcing but I wasn't sure who to use or even where to start? Where is your reception being held? Thanks!
