@@AllieH which one did you pick and choose? I was thinking of doing BBQ but it would cost more per person. I am deciding on giving my guests the choice of filet mignon or mahi mahi. I'm hoping the food will be good. @@AllieH

I am having my wedding March 21 of THIS YEAR! I wanted to ask past brides in Generations RM what they think of the food served in your reception. Which one did you choose? I am leaning towards the BBQ deluxe. Did anyone choose that? Please email me back ASAP! -HANAE

@@ChiTiff --- I'm also planning to bring my own centerpieces for my tables. I was going to ask how much would the set up be. I actually wanted to avoid the fee by having a few of my bridesmaids set it up. Do you know if that's possible?

I have confirmed for a wedding next year in March 21, 2015! I will be having my wedding ceremony in the chapel and reception in the pier. Expecting at most 90 guests. Good luck to everyone planning!

Hi Brides! I'm also planning on visiting Cancun/Playa del Carmen area end of March. I've decided to visit these sites: Sandos Cancun, Riu Palace Riviera Maya, The Royal Playa del Carmen, The Royal Cancun. I'm not sure if I want to visit Riu Palace Riviera Maya because of the fact that they do not have a reception area outdoors that can accommodate more than 50 people. I am also wanting information about Dreams Riviera Cancun. I wanted a resort close to a Catholic church for my ceremony. Does anyone know if there's a church nearby Dreams?

Playacar Palace
hanaefaith replied to ktov09's topic in Destination Wedding in Riviera Maya, Cancun & surrounding areas
Hi ktov09, I was wondering when in spring are you planning to get married? I wanted to get married here but the wedding coordinator told me all my guests have to stay at least 5 nights minimum. Is that true? -
Hi brides, I am also having a hard time deciding. I am planning on a wedding March 2015. I am going for site visits this March but still can't figure out which resort I want to go to. I was looking into Barcelo Maya Palace due to high and good reviews about it. Anyone have and thoughts on that resort? Or have recommendations for us? 1. Budget friendly for me and my guests 2. Decent prices on packages

I also want to hear from recent or past brides about their experience in playacar

Our Catholic wedding in Playa del Carmen (LONG w/ Pics!)
hanaefaith replied to superez's topic in Destination Wedding Reviews
I was wondering how many people can fit in the chapel and is it air conditioned?
