@Kayla88 Besides the beach bags, yes they will be getting them gifts as well. I also got the girls each a custom hand bag I had made from etsy. Its chevron in our wedding colors. So, far I also purchased each of them a necklace now just searching for earrings to match. Then will be making custom dress hangers for them. here is a picture of the custom bags and the necklaces. -

we are only doing them for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. Not much in them, just beach bag, hangover kit, maybe sunglasses, beach ball, etc. Other wise we are not doing them for the regular guests. We have too many people and trying to save money. instead we are getting maracas as favors for our wedding.. -

you can. We sent our RSVP out really early about 10 mths prior to the wedding with info of our wedding website. That way our guests could have an idea of how much to save. I just sent out our invitations this month for our wedding in June - so 6 months prior. The reason I sent mine so early is because by march they have to have 50% deposit down and soon after that if we need to release room blocks without penalty -
For past brides what did you do for lighting? Who did you go through? Do you remember an est cost? Any pics of how it was set up ? Our reception is at 6:30pm Tucan Terrace. We wanted X effect of hanging paper lanterns but one vendor told me we would need to rent 4 sets to get that effect at $140 per set. Plus set up fee and tax. Crazy to spend 650-800 just for paper lanterns. Just trying to get ideas to save $ to use for other things

I have 6 bridesmaids. They are going to wear coral reef color dresses. Most purchased from Davids Bridal. I let the girls pick which style dress they would like to wear, just all are short dresses same color. Going to accent with mint statement necklaces, champagne shoes and mint/peach/coral/white flowers -
Past moon brides that had their receptions on the terrace along beach. How windy was it? I have folded standing cards and paper name tags to sit on rim of glasses. Just worried they will blow off. The folded cards for each table are our "photo - instagram/photo site" signs. Do you think they will be okay or should I put it inside a small frame?

We used aylees bits template. If you go to my gallery under DIY stuff there should be a pick of ours. love this idea. I was going to purchase mine through AMOLS but they don't carry the exact colors for our wedding. want light aqua/tiffany blue and coral. So now thinking I can just buy the white ones and do it my self.... thanks for posting
