I am going to have my wedding in August 2015 in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I am going to be visiting Playacar Palace Resort for a possible wedding venue this December 2013. While I am there, I am hoping to do my Save The Date photos or Engagement photos. What are some prices or packages that are offered? Any price range and how many pictures? Michele B.

Also, we are going down this December 2013 to visit the resort we want to have our wedding at and begin planning. We are looking for someone to shoot our Save The Dates while we are down there. How much do your packages or sessions cost? We are really looking for a quick session to get some pictures for the Save The Dates. Michele B.

I am going down to Playacar Palace in Playa del Carmen, Mexico December 12-15 for a pre-wedding planning. I am looking for a photographer that can come to the resort to do some pictures for my Save The Date or Engagement sessions. I am wondering how much it would be for an hour, or how many pictures?? I looked into the photographer with the resort, but they were asking too much for too little photos. Any Suggestions?? Michele B.

I am in the beginning process of planning my destination wedding for August 2015. I am hoping to book my wedding at the Playacar Palace Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Does any have any advice about this resort? I am also planning on visiting prior, hopefully this winter, to just check the place out before putting a date in stone. Does anyone know of the cheapest time of year? Any suggestions for vendors (DJ, photographer, florist)? I am thinking of having my reception on the deck portion of the resort... Is it a nice venue area? I am just in the beginning process, so any advice is helpful! Thanks! Michele

Hello-- My name is Michele and I am now starting to plan my destination wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico at the Playacar Palace resort. I'm thinking of having my wedding date in August 2015, for reasons of being off-peak and for availability for people to go to the wedding. I can use any tips or advice on communicating and the beginning process of planning a destination wedding. Playa del Carmen is very close to Cancun, Mexico so I would like to use outside vendors from the resort, so I would prefer any vendors in Cancun. Help if you can! Thank you, Michele
