  1. My setup. My grandma passed away in January and my grandfather suggested I could use her wedding band. I had it melted down and turned into the two bands on each side of my engagement ring. The three bands are fused together as one ring. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away in April and never got to see the finished piece. I absolutely love it though. The combination of the white and yellow gold makes it beautiful to me.
  2. Personally, I would say no veil. With wind and the elements it only seems like it will get in the way. I'm doing hair up with a pretty hair comb
  3. So I got LUCKY. Like BEYOND lucky!!! A coworker of my aunt had a dress she was going to give to Goodwill (Venus 7914). Knowing I was getting married she thought I would like it and sent it to me. Not only did I like it, I LOVED it!!! It was everything I wanted and more, much more then I could have afforded that's for sure!! We are getting married on the beach in Ponce Inlet, FL next month so I knew the giant train wasn't going to work. I took it to a local seamstress who took off the train and turned it into a shawl (there was so much beautiful beading I couldn't bare let it go to waste), shortend the front (I'm 5'2'' and going barefoot), and extended the modesty panel a bit (out of part of the train). I LOVE LOVE LOVE it even more now and can't wait to wear it in 27 days I'm sorry for the picture quality, my mom took the pics on her cell phone. I will post better pictures next month when I get the best photos. Model Photo Back with the train Back with the new shawl and no train Front Detail of the front beading
