@@lcwitek I am getting married in October at Moon Palace. I just booked Naiara from Photography is forever. Her prices are really reasonable and her work is incredible! As long as you can get day passes for your photographer you dont have to pay a vendor fee. They are considered as "guests". Your wedding coordinator wont ask anything if you say you are having a guest take your pictures. I hope this helps! Happy planning!! Well cancel that! I now have the menu from the resort! Persistence is key ladies!! And some patience! If anyone wants the menu I would be willing to share. Send me your email address. @@shellsal Have you tried calling your offsite coordinator? That might be your next step. Hopefully you will hear from her soon! Wishing you luck! It takes well over a week for my WC to return emails right now too. I just call and get my question answered by the wedding department. They all can usually answer the simple questions.

Ladies! I am having the HARDEST time finding white long sleeve linen shirts at a reasonable price. My biggest problem are the sizes of my groomsmen. I have a size M, L, XL and XXXL! I can't find anywhere that carries the same shirt in all the sizes needed. Have any of you had any luck?

I have had the hardest time finding matching attire for the groomsmen! I have a huge size variance between the men. I am thinking that ordering multiple sizes from island importers and then returning the ones that don't fit.

Fake and bake it a couple months before your wedding! I am VERY fair skinned and burn looking a the moon! I always tan a couple months prior to going on vacation. Sunblock can only do so much! Good luck ladies!

Ladies! My wedding is in October at Moon Palace in Cancun and am doing coral, fuschia, small amounts of orange and gold! Such great colors for a Caribbean wedding! I am absolutely loving getting everything put together!

Great choice in choosing a Palace Resort! I am a member and have never had a bad experience with Palace! Have a wonderful wedding and the best advice I can give you is relax. The planning process can be a challenge and they can be slow to respond but Palace always pulls through in the end!

I am an only daughter and am choosing to keep my last name but add on my husband to be's last name. I can't wait to be a part of his family but just couldn't let go of my family's last name!!!

We decided not to do engagement pictures. Do what feels right ladies! We have done many professional shoots but ended up choosing a picture of us one vacation at the resort we are getting married at. Went better with the theme and I thought at the time traditional engagement pictures would have been too formal for our destination wedding!

We are planning on using Spotify. Its an app that you can create personalized playlists. Hope this helps!

It is pretty big but all of the other systems either didn't seem to put out enough sound or weren't bluetooth compatible. We are going to carry it on. We have about 20 people offering to carry on all of our fragile items and this will be one of items we will definitely need to carry on! Have a wonderful wedding! Such great ideas! I have only begun getting items for my OOT bags but one special thing that I have found for my bridesmaids are embellished flip flops for the reception and personalized bridal bouquet charms. They are so cute! Found them on etsy.
