hello there again... with the coordinator it usually takes mine 1 or 2 days to reply not more than that...when you are ready to secure they will send you a wedding a long checklist, you dont have to have all that information completed. to secure you mainly need the gazebo and time and date. They will ask for a 200 deposit. Regarding Del Sol, I also loved their pics but they are almost 2 times more expensive than the one offered at GSP, sadly they have no connection that I know off with the hotel, so you will still need to pay the 200 fee for them to take pics there. Hello... I am also planning to get my hair done at their salon. I have seen some pictures and it looks like they do a good job. I might have my hair stylist here in the US do it a couple of weeks before take lots of pictures with angles and take the pics with me so they can copy it.

Nicole.. I just realized .. I reserved the riviera gazebo... So no worries there.. Did you reserve a beach party or the chill out bar? We have the chill out bar reserved.

Hello nicolesu... I am worried to .. My wedding coordinator is Araceli... I'm giving her a call tomorrow morning. I have already given my deposit and have been reassured that the sunset Gazebo and chill out bar are reserved for my wedding. I have booked our travel and reservation and a couple of guests have done it also. Who is your coordinator?

Hello brides to be I too am getting married at GSP May3rd 4pm sunset gazebo, we are doing our reception at the chill out bar at 6:00. We will begetting their DJ (as they don't allow outside DJs)... Pictures... One of my best friends husband is a photographer , so we are going with him... I did get sample pictures of the photographers that GSP uses and they are OK... I have seen beautiful pictures of outside vendors but have also gotten their quotes as well and they have been more than what the packages offered by the GSP. I have a question, is anyone having their reception either at the chill out bar, beach or a cocktail hour, I just want to know if you have given more than the $200 deposit. Thanks ladies

Hello ladies, I am also getting married at GSP Saturday May3rd at the riviera Gazebo at 4pm I have already given my deposit and we are planning to have our reception at the chill out bar. We are going to be having their DJ (as they don't allow outside DJs) and the acrylic lit dance floor . We are flying in our own photographer , as he is the husband of one of my good friends. I was wondering if anyone is going to have a beach, chill out reception or cocktail hour, if so, have you paid anything extra than the $200 deposit.? I'm just scared that by not paying another deposit that someone can reserve the chill out bar. Going back to the photographers, I have received quotes from other studios in the playa del Carmen area and I must say their pictures are much better than the samples that our coordinator sent us ... But are much more expensive. There was one photographer that was very reasonable $1000 but the quality not as good as other ones that I have seen. Thanks ladies
