@Mention the DRC staff sets it all up for you and cleans it all up for you! The fee is 100.00 located on your budget planner. Worth every penny. They'll deliver your stuff back to your room the day after the wedding. I took all of my stuff down to the wedding coordinator in my luggage bag and they return the stuff in it. I did not have a signature drink, but everyone loved "purple rain" and ordered it all weekend long so it became our sig drink! I took my vase down with me that I purchased at Michaels. Hello DRC brides! I just got back from our wedding at DRC that took place on June 6th. I could write a long review, but it all comes down to the fact that everything was amazing and just as I pictured it! We had our ceremony on North Beach at 4pm ( much more private) We had our cocktail hour at the Palm Deck which is right next to the Pool Deck from 5-6 We had our reception on the Pool Deck (right in front of the ocean) from 6-11 (we wanted a longer reception!) Ayahamint was my coordinator, she was awesome and kept me in my budget! Linda was great! Music: Our DJ kept the party going and played everything we wanted, right on time, beautifully orchestrated! The trio was great, but I felt like they finished too early! Food: We had the Caribbean buffet, everyone thought it was amazing! We changed up the cocktail hour food to more of a mexican theme with shrimp cocktails, tacos etc. Open Bar: The open bar was amazing, my guests really enjoyed it and our waiters were the best! Advice: For those ladies on a budget, I traveled with a lot of my things and it saved me a ton! I won't budge on the sparklers or the DJ So... On the cake, i took my own flowers and cake topper and didn't have to pay for extra decoration I went with the small centerpieces and they looked just perfect although i was told they would look too small I also went with the bouquet with my package and just chose my colors, saved there! Everything everything was perfect I wish you all the luck in the world and any questions I can answer I am so happy to do so! I ordered our maracas and canvas oot bags yesterday =) I want to be involved in all the little details of the wedding so I ordered the maracas plain and me and my maids are going to paint them with a stencil. We are also going to iron on my design for the oot bags...excited!! I found the best deal at these two sites if ya'll want! I think my next decision will be the videographer!! Ceciile, On June 8th it was going to be on the pool terrace...I talked to my family and friends and have officially changed the date to June 6th! I'm so excited now that everything is how I wanted it to be. It so hard to make decisions when we are so far away, but i'm glad you chose DRC it appears to be a great resort =) When is your wedding?

Hi Girls! My wedding is set for June 8th 2014! Originally I wanted the pool deck, but it was not available around the dates I wanted to get married. Well, Last week something changed and I was advised by my wedding planner that I could have my reception on the deck on June 6th. Save the dates have been sent out already, so I'm not sure if to change it or not. My family and friends have said that they do not have a problem with it, as they would arrive on Thursday either ways, i've seen pictures of the terrace and the deck and obviously there are more pictures of the deck...i'm not sure what to do!!

Hello! I've been in communication with Claudia Solis and she has done an excellent job in emailing me back, even on the weekends! She's sent me all of the paperwork and been very responsive. I thought I would throw that out there to commend her on her great work thus far! So I have not booked the wedding officially, but she is holding my date until the 21st =) I am a little concerned with credit card fraud etc. so i'm trying to think of a easy way to do it without someone getting my information. I considered maybe one of those prepaid cards? I hope to meet another June 2014 bride on here and plan plan plan! I am so grateful to have found this forum!!
