    i have heard the recommendation to skip the RSVP cards from multiple past brides. I think we'll skip the cards and then just send a reminder with our pre-wedding mailer. We're not having many people and even if EVERYONE we invite comes, we still won't be over the package that Jade offers. Unless i can find a better way to do it.

    Ours our early because it's supposed to get dark at about 5:15 that day so our ceremony is at 4, then cocktails at 5 and reception at 6 I still haven't been able my FI to hire an outside photographer so I'm hoping we don't wait to long and I'll be able to book once he changes his mind haha

    Yeah, we didn't a book a DJ either, budget reasons, and also with only 20 or so people I feel like it might be alittle overkill? I haven't decided if a DJ I want to try and work into the budget or not. I think if we do an excursion it will be a catamaran cruise because we will have my daughter and she'll only be 18 months then. Have you looked into those at all? this is good to hear, i've looked into this app, so maybe that is the route we'll go.

    @ I have heard alot of girls say that you should take pictures of how you want everything setup to give to the wedding cooridnator so that there are no mess-ups and its how you want it on the wedding day and you don't have to explain anything to them! Nothing can get lost in translation that way

    @@girlinthecity97 i'm thinking about including some brooches in my bouquet but not an entire brooch one. @Make2dayAmazing I know! These people are amazing with their ideas and their follow through. I've been working passport mailers and i've already spent about 4 hours on them and they're not even close to being done!

    I am going to send them right before we leave i think and just use an engagement photo rather than a wedding photo. I know that some brides send them at the same time that they send their wedding invitations, so depending on how early you intend to send your wedding invitations and what picture, if any, you want to use on the announcement.
