So I just for off the phone with Mark from Mango Tree. He seems like a really great guy and I can't wait to work with him! He reassured me that the resort will be beautiful and he asked me several questions in order to create a photo package with he will discuss with Memories to price. Yes we booked our package through Sunwing but I didn't really do much. My aunt is a travel agent so I called her and she was able to get us a group quote at a great price and every 11th guest goes for free. I live in BC but will be flying from Toronto as most of our guests are there. We have guests flying from Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton and across US. Delta does offer packages but they are very expensive so our American guests are purchasing flight and hotel separate. Hi Kate! Yes we ar booked at Memories and getting married on April 2nd. What date are you looking at? We have 55 guests booked at ths point and no I don't know much. Basically I have been told by the wedding planner that they will not know any details until the opening date in January. She did however provide me with tentative wedding packages which I can email you. I have been researching photographers for months know and yesterday I was informed that my fave photographer on the island was hired by Memories. Th photographer is Mango Tree Media and we have already been communicating. This is all I know right now but I have been reassured that they will make sure everything is beautiful! I'm actually looking forward to the surprise of it all. Would love to work together!

Yes I've looked at other resorts but if this one is as great as they describe it will be I'm willing to take the risk as I did t find anything that I really loved in my guests $1500 budget. Fingers crossed cause I think we might book today...yikes!

Hello, so my fiancé and I have been trying to decide on a destination for our April wedding for over a year. We had found a couple resorts we liked but changed our minds. We are now looking to book Memories Grand Bahama Beach Resort and Casino but the problem is...the resort isn't open yet! The resort is scheduled to have a soft openning in November and open to guests in January. Our guests have limited budgets so we have decided to take advantage of the new resorts good price. Is this a bad idea??? Does anyone have sny more info on this resort? I'm ready to book but wanted to hear from you ladies. Thanks!!! Amanda
