I just sent in our contract today for Feb 18th 2014! I'm a little nervous that we don't have to put a deposit down or anything, but I guess it will all work out! How do they do with trying to put your guests' rooms all together or is the resort small enough that it really doesn't matter? Also, has anyone had a private reception...do you think it's worth the money?? How is everyone booking their trips? My fiance and I booked through travelocity and just gave the resort name and dates to our guests and the WC said to just send her all of our names once they are booked? We are going to do the renewal of the vows ceremony and think we might have enough guests to get it for free...has anyone else done that?? Reading everyones' posts gets me even more excited than I already am!!
