Lupita has been out on vacation for the last month. I received a response from her yesterday. She is probably super busy trying to catch up. Also there was a recent wedding there that has great pictures. Look up Natalie Thompson photography

I was able to add rooms to he block and they also helped negotiate a lower price with the hotel since people were getting cheaper prices else where. Only 2 months from today!!! I will be sure to write a full review once it's all over and include pictures.

We are getting married at the sandos finisterra on oct 18,2014. So far everything has gone smoothly and Lupita is amazing to work with. Any luck finding more information?

Hey ladies just wanted to give you a heads up on room blocks. I set one up through vacations for less and they quoted me a rate that was much better than the hotels. I had to out a deposit down to hold the room block and I thought this was a great way to help mg guests save money. However I have had several guests now book their room outside the room block because they are finding significantly cheaper rates outside the room block. I emailed them to see if they would count those rooms toward the block since they are way more expensive at this point. I will let you know what happens but just something to consider when setting a room block.

@@Emmalu02 the travel agent does not charge a fee, but I did have to put down a deposit. The deposit gets applied to my room in the end.

@@Emmalu02 I was quoted a price by Lupita in the contract I signed but I reached out to Theresa right away and she gave me a much better price so I have only been working with her not the resort. It did take her some time though to get a response from sandos. I am using Bradley Fraser as a photographer, but I was between him, Juan Carlos tapia and guilda badillo. There are a ton, also look at dingo Gomez his work is really good. It all depends what your price point is, photography was pretty important to us. Let me know if you need more info!

Right now they are swamped with June weddings so give her a day or two to get back to you. They gave me a much better rate than the hotel plus they offer the free room nights with every 10 rooms booked and they honor the upgrade for the bride and groom if your package includes that.
