@@Jariana2010 same here- I would say since around thanksgiving she has been slacking, at one point I emailed her supervisor Mercy to ask if Francina still worked there and of course Francina responded to my month old email at that point. I know we aren't the only wedding but for the amount of people we are traveling with I would like to think this is going to be well worth the travel and expense..

@@TinaBanita19 hello our wedding is May 1st, we are flying in our photographer from "home" and using DJ Mannia. I found flying in a photographer and using a outside DJ to be cheaper than using the resort. Does any one have Francina for their coordinator?!

I tried to book the bridal suite back in September and they told me it had to be done 1-2 months before the actual ceremony which I think is silly.

We sent save the dates with our website information and travel agents info in October of 2013 for our May 2015 wedding. ((We had payment plan option which required a initial per person deposit by Dec 2013)). Invitations went out July 15th of this year with a Dec 1 RSVP/final booking date.. Looking back I think sending the invitations in July was the dumbest decision ever, as we only recieved 30% of the RSVP's back... Invites and save the dates attached!

@@astawarz Hello! My wedding is also May, well May 1 to be exact and I as well soon found my cost to be far exceeding our initial budget. There Is no music included for the cocktail hour. You can add an iPod, band,DJ, etc for an additional cost of course. We added a band for $300. Hope this helps
